آیت نمبر (176)

یَسۡتَفۡتُوۡنَکَ ؕ قُلِ اللّٰہُ یُفۡتِیۡکُمۡ فِی الۡکَلٰلَۃِ ؕ اِنِ امۡرُؤٌا ہَلَکَ لَیۡسَ لَہٗ وَلَدٌ وَّ لَہٗۤ اُخۡتٌ فَلَہَا نِصۡفُ مَا تَرَکَ ۚ وَ ہُوَ یَرِثُہَاۤ اِنۡ لَّمۡ یَکُنۡ لَّہَا وَلَدٌ ؕ فَاِنۡ کَانَتَا اثۡنَتَیۡنِ فَلَہُمَا الثُّلُثٰنِ مِمَّا تَرَکَ ؕ وَ اِنۡ کَانُوۡۤا اِخۡوَۃً رِّجَالًا وَّ نِسَآءً فَلِلذَّکَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ الۡاُنۡثَیَیۡنِ ؕ یُبَیِّنُ اللّٰہُ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَضِلُّوۡا ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ بِکُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۷۶﴾٪  4
They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say, " Allah gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs]." If a man dies, leaving no child but [only] a sister, she will have half of what he left. And he inherits from her if she [dies and] has no child. But if there are two sisters [or more], they will have two-thirds of what he left. If there are both brothers and sisters, the male will have the share of two females. Allah makes clear to you [His law], lest you go astray. And Allah is Knowing of all things. -
آپ سے فتو یٰ پوچھتے ہیں آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ اللہ تعالٰی ( خود ) تمہیں کلالہ کے بارے میں فتویٰ دیتا ہے ۔ اگر کوئی شخص مر جائے جس کی اولاد نہ ہو اور ایک بہن ہو تو اس کے لیئے چھوڑے ہوئے مال کا آدھا حصہ ہے اور وہ بھائی اس بہن کا وارث ہوگا اگر اس کے اولاد نہ ہو پس اگر بہنیں دو ہوں تو انہیں کل چھوڑے ہوئے کا دو تہائی ملے گا اور اگر کئی شخص اس ناطے کے ہیں مرد بھی اورعورتیں بھی تو مرد کے لئے حصہ ہے مثل دو عورتوں ، کے اللہ تعالٰی تمہارے لئے بیان فرما رہا ہے کہ ایسا نہ ہو کہ تم بہک جاؤ اور اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز سے واقف ہے ۔ -
Aap say fatwa poochtay hain aap keh dijiye kay Allah Taalaa ( khud ) tumhen kalala kay baray mein fatwa deta hai. Agar koi shaks marr jaye jiss ki aulad na ho aur aik behan ho to uss kay liye choray huye maal ka aadha hissa hai aur woh bhai uss behan ka waris hoga agar uss ki aulad na ho. Pus agar behnen do hon to unhen kul choray huye ka do tehaee milay ga. Aur agar koi shaks iss natay kay hain mard bhi aur aurten bhi to mard kay liye hissa hai misil do aurton kay Allah Taalaa tumharay liye biyan farma raha hai kay aisa na ho kay tum behak jao aur Allah Taalaa her cheez say waqif hai. -
