2 Reuslts For (مردوں کی عورتوں پر برتری اور بیویوں کی نافرمانی کا طریقۂ علاج)

پارہ نمبر (5)
4) سورة النساء
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوّٰمُوۡنَ عَلَی النِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰہُ بَعۡضَہُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ وَّ بِمَاۤ اَنۡفَقُوۡا مِنۡ اَمۡوَالِہِمۡ ؕ فَالصّٰلِحٰتُ قٰنِتٰتٌ حٰفِظٰتٌ لِّلۡغَیۡبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّٰہُ ؕ وَ الّٰتِیۡ تَخَافُوۡنَ نُشُوۡزَہُنَّ فَعِظُوۡہُنَّ وَ اہۡجُرُوۡہُنَّ فِی الۡمَضَاجِعِ وَ اضۡرِبُوۡہُنَّ ۚ فَاِنۡ اَطَعۡنَکُمۡ فَلَا تَبۡغُوۡا عَلَیۡہِنَّ سَبِیۡلًا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلِیًّا کَبِیۡرًا ﴿۳۴﴾
Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand. -
مرد عورتوں پر حاکم ہیں اس وجہ سے کہ اللہ تعالٰی نے ایک کو دوسرے پر فضیلت دی ہے اور اس وجہ سے کہ مردوں نےاپنے مال خرچ کئے ہیں ، پس نیک فرمانبردار عورتیں خاوند کی عدم موجودگی میں بہ حفاظتِ الٰہی نگہداشت رکھنے والیاں ہیں اور جن عورتوں کی نافرمانی اور بددماغی کا تمہیں خوف ہو انہیں نصیحت کرو اور انہیں الگ بستروں پر چھوڑ دو اور انہیں مار کی سزا دو پھر اگر وہ تابعداری کریں تو ان پر راستہ تلاش نہ کرو ، بیشک اللہ تعالٰی بڑی بلندی اور بڑائی والا ہے -
Mard aurton per haakim hain iss waja say kay Allah Taalaa ney aik ko doosray per fazilat di hai aur iss waja say kay mardon ney apney maal kharach kiye hain pus nek farman bardaar aurten khawind ki adam mojoodgi mein ba hifazat-e-elahee nigehdasht rakhen waliyan hain aur jin aurton ki na farmani aur bad dimaghi ka tumhen khof ho unhen naseehat kero aur unhen alag biostaron per chor do aur unhen maar ki saza do phir agar woh tabey daari keren to unn per koi raasta talash na kero be-shak Allah Taalaa bari bulandi aur baraee wala hai. -

4) سورة النساء
وَ اِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ شِقَاقَ بَیۡنِہِمَا فَابۡعَثُوۡا حَکَمًا مِّنۡ اَہۡلِہٖ وَ حَکَمًا مِّنۡ اَہۡلِہَا ۚ اِنۡ یُّرِیۡدَاۤ اِصۡلَاحًا یُّوَفِّقِ اللّٰہُ بَیۡنَہُمَا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ عَلِیۡمًا خَبِیۡرًا ﴿۳۵﴾
And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people. If they both desire reconciliation, Allah will cause it between them. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Acquainted [with all things]. -
اگر تمہیں میاں بیوی کے درمیان آپس کی ان بن کا خوف ہو تو ایک مُنصِف مرد والوں میں اور ایک عورت کے گھر والوں میں سے مُقّرر کرو ، اگر یہ دونوں صُلح کرانا چاہیں گے تو اللہ دونوں میں ملاپ کرا دے گا ، یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ پورے علم والا اور پوری خبر والا ہے ۔ -
Agar tumhen miyan biwi kay darmiyan aapas ki ann bann ka khof ho to aik munsif mard walon mein say aur aik aurat kay ghar walon mein say muqarrar kero agar yeh dono sulah kerana chahayen gay to Allah dono mein milaap kera dey ga yaqeenan Allah Taalaa pooray ilm wala poori khabar wala hai. -
