آیت نمبر (229)

اَلطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتٰنِ۪ فَاِمۡسَاکٌۢ بِمَعۡرُوۡفٍ اَوۡ تَسۡرِیۡحٌۢ بِاِحۡسَانٍ ؕ وَ لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَاۡخُذُوۡا مِمَّاۤ اٰتَیۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ شَیۡئًا اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ یَّخَافَاۤ اَلَّا یُقِیۡمَا حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰہِ ؕ فَاِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ اَلَّا یُقِیۡمَا حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰہِ ۙ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَیۡہِمَا فِیۡمَا افۡتَدَتۡ بِہٖ ؕ تِلۡکَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰہِ فَلَا تَعۡتَدُوۡہَا ۚ وَ مَنۡ یَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰہِ فَاُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲۹﴾
Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah . But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah , then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah , so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers. -
یہ طلاقیں دو مرتبہ ہیں پھر یا تو اچھائی سے روکنا یا عمدگی کے ساتھ چھوڑ دینا ہے اور تمہیں حلال نہیں کہ تم نے انہیں جو دے دیا ہے اس میں سے کچھ بھی لو ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ دونوں کو اللہ کی حدیں قائم نہ رکھ سکنے کا خوف ہو اس لئے اگر تمہیں ڈر ہو کہ یہ دونوں اللہ کی حدیں قائم نہ رکھ سکیں گے تو عورت رہائی پانے کے لئے کچھ دے ڈالے ، اس میں دونوں پر گناہ نہیں یہ اللہ کی حدود ہیں خبردار ان سے آگے نہ بڑھنا اور جو لوگ اللہ کی حدوں سے تجاوز کر جائیں وہ ظالم ہیں ۔ -
Yeh tallaqen do martaba hain phir ya to achai say rokna ya umdagi kay sath chor dena aur tumhen halal nahi kay tum ney unhen jo dey diya hai uss mein say kuch bhi lo haan yeh aur baat hai kay dono ko Allah ki hudood qaeem na rakh sakney ka khof ho iss liye agar tumhen darr ho kay yeh dono Allah ki haden qaeem na rakh saken gay to aurat rehaee paney kay liye kuch dey dalay iss mein dono per gunah nahi yeh Allah ki hudood hain khabardar inn say aagay na barhna aur jo log Allah ki haddon say tajawuz ker jayen woh zalim hain. -
