بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
شروع کرتا ہوں اللہ تعا لٰی کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے ۔
Shuroo Allah kay naam say jo bara meharban nehayat reham kerney wala hai
طٰسٓمّٓ ﴿۱﴾
طسم
Ta, Seen, Meem.
طٰسم
Tuaa-seen-meem
تِلۡکَ اٰیٰتُ الۡکِتٰبِ الۡمُبِیۡنِ ﴿۲﴾
تلك ايت الكتب المبين
These are the verses of the clear Book.
یہ آیتیں روشن کتاب کی ہیں ۔
Yeh aayaten roshan kitab ki hain.
لَعَلَّکَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفۡسَکَ اَلَّا یَکُوۡنُوۡا مُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۳﴾
لعلك باخع نفسك الا يكونوا مؤمنين
Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers.
ان کے ایمان نہ لانے پر شاید آپ تو اپنی جان کھو دیں گے ۔
Inn kay eman na laaney per shayad aap to apni jaan kho den gay.
اِنۡ نَّشَاۡ نُنَزِّلۡ عَلَیۡہِمۡ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ اٰیَۃً فَظَلَّتۡ اَعۡنَاقُہُمۡ لَہَا خٰضِعِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾
ان نشا ننزل عليهم من السماء اية فظلت اعناقهم لها خضعين
If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled.
اگر ہم چاہتے تو ان پر آسمان سے کوئی ایسی نشانی اتارتے کہ جس کے سامنے ان کی گردنیں خم ہوجاتیں ۔
Agar hum chahatay to inn per aasman say koi aisi nishani utartay kay jiss kay samney inn ki gardaney khum ho jatin.
وَ مَا یَاۡتِیۡہِمۡ مِّنۡ ذِکۡرٍ مِّنَ الرَّحۡمٰنِ مُحۡدَثٍ اِلَّا کَانُوۡا عَنۡہُ مُعۡرِضِیۡنَ ﴿۵﴾
و ما ياتيهم من ذكر من الرحمن محدث الا كانوا عنه معرضين
And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.
اور ان کے پاس رحمان کی طرف سے جو بھی نئی نصیحت آئی یہ اس سے روگردانی کرنے والے بن گئے ۔
Aur inn kay pass rehman ki taraf say jo bhi naee naseehat aaee yeh uss say roo-gardani kerney walay bann gaye.
فَقَدۡ کَذَّبُوۡا فَسَیَاۡتِیۡہِمۡ اَنۡۢبٰٓؤُا مَا کَانُوۡا بِہٖ یَسۡتَہۡزِءُوۡنَ ﴿۶﴾
فقد كذبوا فسياتيهم انبؤا ما كانوا به يستهزءون
For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule.
ان لوگوں نے جھٹلایا ہے اب انکے پاس جلدی سے اسکی خبریں آجائیں گی جسکے ساتھ وہ مسخرا پن کر رہے ہیں ۔
Inn logon ney jhutlaya hai abb inn kay pass jaldi say iss ki khabren aajyen gi jiss kay sath woh maskhara pann ker rahey hain.
اَوَ لَمۡ یَرَوۡا اِلَی الۡاَرۡضِ کَمۡ اَنۡۢبَتۡنَا فِیۡہَا مِنۡ کُلِّ زَوۡجٍ کَرِیۡمٍ ﴿۷﴾
او لم يروا الى الارض كم انبتنا فيها من كل زوج كريم
Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind?
کیا انہوں نے زمین پر نظریں نہیں ڈالیں؟ کہ ہم نے اس میں ہر طرح کے نفیس جوڑے کس قدر اگائے ہیں؟
Kiya enhon ney zamin per nazaren nahi daalen? Kay hum ney iss mein her tarah kay nafees joray kiss qadar ugaye hain?
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕوَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُ ہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۸﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
بیشک اس میں یقیناً نشانی ہے اور ان میں کے اکثر لوگ مومن نہیں ہیں ۔
Be-shak iss mein yaqeenan nishani hai aur inn mein kay aksar log momin nahi hain.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۹﴾٪ 5
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
اور تیرا رب یقیناً وہی غالب اور مہربان ہے ۔
Aur tera rab yaqeenan wohi ghalib aur meharbaan hai.
وَ اِذۡ نَادٰی رَبُّکَ مُوۡسٰۤی اَنِ ائۡتِ الۡقَوۡمَ الظّٰلِمِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۱۰﴾
و اذ نادى ربك موسى ان ات القوم الظلمين
And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -
اور جب آپ کے رب نے موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) کو آواز دی کہ تو ظالم قوم کے پاس جا ۔
Aur jabb aap kay rab ney musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko aawaz di kay tu zalim qom kay pass jaa.
قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ ؕ اَلَا یَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱﴾
قوم فرعون الا يتقون
The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah ?"
قوم فرعون کے پاس ، کیا وہ پرہیزگاری نہ کریں گے ۔
Qom-e-firaon kay pass kiya woh perhezgari na keren gay.
قَالَ رَبِّ اِنِّیۡۤ اَخَافُ اَنۡ یُّکَذِّبُوۡنِ ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾
قال رب اني اخاف ان يكذبون
He said, "My Lord, indeed I fear that they will deny me
مو سٰی ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا میرے پروردگار! مجھے تو خوف ہے کہ کہیں وہ مجھے جھٹلا ( نہ ) دیں ۔
Musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha meray perwerdigar! Mujhay to khof hai kay kahin woh mujhay jhutla ( na ) den.
وَ یَضِیۡقُ صَدۡرِیۡ وَ لَا یَنۡطَلِقُ لِسَانِیۡ فَاَرۡسِلۡ اِلٰی ہٰرُوۡنَ ﴿۱۳﴾
و يضيق صدري و لا ينطلق لساني فارسل الى هرون
And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron.
اور میرا سینہ تنگ ہو رہا ہے میری زبان چل نہیں رہی پس تو ہارون کی طرف بھی ( وحی ) بھیج ۔
Aur mera seena tang horaha hai meri zaban chal nahi rahi pus tu haroon ki taraf bhi ( wahee ) bhej.
وَ لَہُمۡ عَلَیَّ ذَنۡۢبٌ فَاَخَافُ اَنۡ یَّقۡتُلُوۡنِ ﴿ۚ۱۴﴾
و لهم علي ذنب فاخاف ان يقتلون
And they have upon me a [claim due to] sin, so I fear that they will kill me."
اور ان کا مجھ پر میرے ایک قصور کا ( دعویٰ ) بھی ہے مجھے ڈر ہے کہ کہیں وہ مجھے مار نہ ڈالیں ۔
Aur unn ka meray aik qasoor ka ( dawa ) bhi hai mujhay darr hai kay kahin woh mujhay maar na dalen.
قَالَ کَلَّا ۚ فَاذۡہَبَا بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ اِنَّا مَعَکُمۡ مُّسۡتَمِعُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵﴾
قال كلا فاذهبا بايتنا انا معكم مستمعون
[ Allah ] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening.
جناب باری تعالٰی نے فرمایا! ہرگز ایسا نہ ہوگا ، تم دونوں ہماری نشانیاں لے کر جاؤ ہم خود سننے والے تمہارے ساتھ ہیں ۔
Janab-e-baari ney farmaya! Hergiz aisa na hoga tum dono humari nishaniyan ley ker jao hum khud sunnay walay tumharay sath hain.
فَاۡتِیَا فِرۡعَوۡنَ فَقُوۡلَاۤ اِنَّا رَسُوۡلُ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۱۶﴾
فاتيا فرعون فقولا انا رسول رب العلمين
Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds,
تم دونوں فرعون کے پاس جا کر کہو کہ بلاشبہ ہم رب العالمین کے بھیجے ہوئے ہیں ۔
Tum dono firaon kay pass ja ker kaho kay bila shuba hum rab-ul-aalamaeen kay bhejay huye hain.
اَنۡ اَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَا بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ ﴿ؕ۱۷﴾
ان ارسل معنا بني اسراءيل
[Commanded to say], "Send with us the Children of Israel."'"
کہ تو ہمارے ساتھ بنی اسرائیل روانہ کر دے ۔
Kay tu humaray sath bani israeel ko rawana ker dey.
قَالَ اَلَمۡ نُرَبِّکَ فِیۡنَا وَلِیۡدًا وَّ لَبِثۡتَ فِیۡنَا مِنۡ عُمُرِکَ سِنِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۱۸﴾
قال الم نربك فينا وليدا و لبثت فينا من عمرك سنين
[Pharaoh] said, "Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you remained among us for years of your life?
فرعوں نے کہا کہ کیا ہم نے تجھے تیرے بچپن کے زمانہ میں اپنے ہاں نہیں پالا تھا؟ اور تو نے اپنی عمر کے بہت سے سال ہم میں نہیں گزارے؟
Fairaon ney kaha kiya hum ney tujhay teray bachpan kay zamaney mein apnay haan nahi pala tha? Aur tu ney apni umar kay boht say saal hum mein nahi guzaray?
وَ فَعَلۡتَ فَعۡلَتَکَ الَّتِیۡ فَعَلۡتَ وَ اَنۡتَ مِنَ الۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹﴾
و فعلت فعلتك التي فعلت و انت من الكفرين
And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful."
پھر تو اپنا وہ کام کر گیا جو کر گیا اور تو ناشکروں میں ہے ۔
Phir tu apna woh kaam ker gaya jo ker gaya aur tu na shukro mein hai.
قَالَ فَعَلۡتُہَاۤ اِذًا وَّ اَنَا مِنَ الضَّآلِّیۡنَ ﴿ؕ۲۰﴾
قال فعلتها اذا و انا من الضالين
[Moses] said, "I did it, then, while I was of those astray.
۔ ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے جواب دیا کہ میں نے اس کام کو اس وقت کیا تھا جبکہ میں راہ بھولے ہوئے لوگوں میں سے تھا ۔
( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney jawab diya kay mein ney uss kaam ko uss waqt kiya tha jabkay mein raah bhoolay huye logon mein say tha.
فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنۡکُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُکُمۡ فَوَہَبَ لِیۡ رَبِّیۡ حُکۡمًا وَّ جَعَلَنِیۡ مِنَ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۲۱﴾
ففررت منكم لما خفتكم فوهب لي ربي حكما و جعلني من المرسلين
So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers.
پھر تم سے خوف کھا کر میں تم میں سے بھاگ گیا ، پھر مجھے میرے رب نے حکم و علم عطا فرمایا اور مجھے اپنےپیغمبروں میں سے کر دیا ۔
Phir tum say khof kha ker mein tum mein say bhaag gaya phir mujhay meray rab ney hukum-o-ilm ata farmaya aur mujhay apnay payghumbaron mein say ker diya.
وَ تِلۡکَ نِعۡمَۃٌ تَمُنُّہَا عَلَیَّ اَنۡ عَبَّدۡتَّ بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ ﴿ؕ۲۲﴾
و تلك نعمة تمنها علي ان عبدت بني اسراءيل
And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel?"
مجھ پر تیرا کیا یہی وہ احسان ہے؟ جسے تو جتا رہا ہے کہ تو نے بنی اسرائیل کو غلام بنا رکھا ہے ۔
Mujh per tera kiya yehi woh ehsan hai? Jissay tu jata raha hai kay tu ney bani israeel ko ghulam bana rakha hai.
قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَ مَا رَبُّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿ؕ۲۳﴾
قال فرعون و ما رب العلمين
Said Pharaoh, "And what is the Lord of the worlds?"
فرعون نے کہا رب العالمین کیا ( چیز ) ہے؟
Firaon ney kaha rab-ul-aalameen kiya cheez hai?
قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضِ وَ مَا بَیۡنَہُمَا ؕ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّوۡقِنِیۡنَ ﴿۲۴﴾
قال رب السموت و الارض و ما بينهما ان كنتم موقنين
[Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."
۔ ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے فرمایا وہ آسمانوں اور زمین اور ان کے درمیان کی تمام چیزوں کا رب ہے ، اگر تم یقین رکھنے والے ہو ۔
( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney farmaya woh aasamano aur zamin aur inn kay darmiyan ki tamam cheezon ka rab hai agar tum yaqeen rakhney walay ho.
قَالَ لِمَنۡ حَوۡلَہٗۤ اَلَا تَسۡتَمِعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۵﴾
قال لمن حوله الا تستمعون
[Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?"
فرعون نے اپنے اردگرد والوں سے کہا کہ کیا تم سن نہیں رہے؟
Firaon ney apney ird-gird walon say kaha kay kiya tum sunn nahi rahey?
قَالَ رَبُّکُمۡ وَ رَبُّ اٰبَآئِکُمُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿۲۶﴾
قال ربكم و رب اباىكم الاولين
[Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers."
۔ ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے فرمایا وہ تمہارا اور تمہارے اگلے باپ دادوں کا پروردگار ہے ۔
( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney farmaya woh tumhara aur tumharay aglay baap dadon ka perwerdigar hai.
قَالَ اِنَّ رَسُوۡلَکُمُ الَّذِیۡۤ اُرۡسِلَ اِلَیۡکُمۡ لَمَجۡنُوۡنٌ ﴿۲۷﴾
قال ان رسولكم الذي ارسل اليكم لمجنون
[Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad."
فرعون نے کہا ( لوگو! ) تمہارا یہ رسول جو تمہاری طرف بھیجا گیا ہے یہ تو یقیناً دیوانہ ہے ۔
Firaon ney kaha ( logo! ) tumhara yeh rasool jo tumhari taraf bheja gaya hai yeh to yaqeenan deewana hai.
قَالَ رَبُّ الۡمَشۡرِقِ وَ الۡمَغۡرِبِ وَ مَا بَیۡنَہُمَا ؕ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾
قال رب المشرق و المغرب و ما بينهما ان كنتم تعقلون
[Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."
۔ ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے فرمایا ! وہ ہی مشرق و مغرب کا اور ان کے درمیان کی تمام چیزوں کا رب ہے ، اگر تم عقل رکھتے ہو ۔
( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney farmaya! Wohi mashriq-o-maghrib ka aur inn kay darmiyan ki tamam cheezon ka rab hai agar tum aqal rakhtay ho.
قَالَ لَئِنِ اتَّخَذۡتَ اِلٰـہًا غَیۡرِیۡ لَاَجۡعَلَنَّکَ مِنَ الۡمَسۡجُوۡنِیۡنَ ﴿۲۹﴾
قال لىن اتخذت الها غيري لاجعلنك من المسجونين
[Pharaoh] said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned."
فرعون کہنے لگا سن لے! اگر تو نے میرے سوا کسی اور کو معبود بنایا تو میں تجھے قیدیوں میں ڈال دونگا ۔
Firaon kehney laga sunn ley! Agar tu ney meray siwa kissi aur ko mabood banaya tu mein tujhay qaidiyon mein daal doon ga.
قَالَ اَوَ لَوۡ جِئۡتُکَ بِشَیۡءٍ مُّبِیۡنٍ ﴿ۚ۳۰﴾
قال او لو جتك بشيء مبين
[Moses] said, "Even if I brought you proof manifest?"
مو سٰی ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا اگرچہ میں تیرے پاس کوئی کھلی چیز لے آؤں؟
Musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha agar cheh mein teray pass koi khulli cheez ley aaon?
قَالَ فَاۡتِ بِہٖۤ اِنۡ کُنۡتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۳۱﴾
قال فات به ان كنت من الصدقين
[Pharaoh] said, "Then bring it, if you should be of the truthful."
فرعون نے کہا اگر تو سچوں میں سے ہے تو اسے پیش کر ۔
Firaon ney kaha agar tum sachon mein say hai to issay paish ker.
فَاَلۡقٰی عَصَاہُ فَاِذَا ہِیَ ثُعۡبَانٌ مُّبِیۡنٌ ﴿۳۲﴾ۚ ۖ
فالقى عصاه فاذا هي ثعبان مبين
So [Moses] threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent manifest.
آپ نے ( اسی وقت ) اپنی لاٹھی ڈال دی جو اچانک کھلم کھلا ( زبردست ) اژدہا بن گئی ۔
Aap ney ( ussi waqt ) apni laathi daal di jo achanak khullam khulla ( zabardast ) azdaha bann gaee.
وَّ نَزَعَ یَدَہٗ فَاِذَا ہِیَ بَیۡضَآءُ لِلنّٰظِرِیۡنَ ﴿۳۳﴾٪ 6
و نزع يده فاذا هي بيضاء للنظرين
And he drew out his hand; thereupon it was white for the observers.
اور اپنا ہاتھ کھینچ نکالا تو وہ بھی اسی وقت دیکھنے والے کو سفید چمکیلا نظر آنے لگا ۔
Aur apna hath khench nikala to woh bhi ussi waqt her dekhney walay ko safaid chamkeela nazar aaney laga.
قَالَ لِلۡمَلَاِ حَوۡلَہٗۤ اِنَّ ہٰذَا لَسٰحِرٌ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿ۙ۳۴﴾
قال للملا حوله ان هذا لسحر عليم
[Pharaoh] said to the eminent ones around him, "Indeed, this is a learned magician.
فرعون اپنے آس پاس کے سرداروں سے کہنے لگا بھئی یہ تو کوئی بڑا دانا جادوگر ہے ۔
Firaon apnay aas pass kay sardaron say kehney laga bhaee yeh to koi bara dana jadoogar hai.
یُّرِیۡدُ اَنۡ یُّخۡرِجَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اَرۡضِکُمۡ بِسِحۡرِہٖ ٭ۖ فَمَا ذَا تَاۡمُرُوۡنَ ﴿۳۵﴾
يريد ان يخرجكم من ارضكم بسحره فما ذا تامرون
He wants to drive you out of your land by his magic, so what do you advise?"
یہ تو چاہتا ہے کہ اپنے جادو کے زور سے تمہیں تمہاری سرزمین سے ہی نکال دے ، بتاؤ اب تم کیا حکم دیتے ہو ۔
Yeh to chahata hai kay apnay jadoo kay zor say tumhen tumhari sirzameen say nikal dey batao abb tum kiya hukum detay ho.
قَالُوۡۤا اَرۡجِہۡ وَ اَخَاہُ وَ ابۡعَثۡ فِی الۡمَدَآئِنِ حٰشِرِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۳۶﴾
قالوا ارجه و اخاه و ابعث في المداىن حشرين
They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers
ان سب نے کہا آپ اسے اور اس کے بھائی کو مہلت دیجئے اور تمام شہروں میں ہرکارے بھیج دیجئے ۔
Unn sab ney kaha aap issay aur iss kay bhai ko mohlat dijiye aur tamam shehron mein harkaaray bhej dijiye.
یَاۡتُوۡکَ بِکُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِیۡمٍ ﴿۳۷﴾
ياتوك بكل سحار عليم
Who will bring you every learned, skilled magician."
جو آپ کے پاس ذی علم جادوگروں کو لے آئیں ۔
Jo aap kay pass zee ilm jadoogaron ko ley aayen.
فَجُمِعَ السَّحَرَۃُ لِمِیۡقَاتِ یَوۡمٍ مَّعۡلُوۡمٍ ﴿ۙ۳۸﴾
فجمع السحرة لميقات يوم معلوم
So the magicians were assembled for the appointment of a well-known day.
پھر ایک مقرر دن کے وعدے پر تمام جادوگر جمع کئے گئے ۔
Phir aik muqarrara din kay waday per tamam jadoogar jama kiye gaye.
وَّ قِیۡلَ لِلنَّاسِ ہَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّجۡتَمِعُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۳۹﴾
و قيل للناس هل انتم مجتمعون
And it was said to the people, "Will you congregate
اور عام لوگوں سے بھی کہہ دیا گیا کہ تم بھی مجمع میں حاضر ہو جاؤ گے؟
Aur aam logon say bhi keh diya gaya kay tum bhi majmay mein hazir hojao gay?
لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ السَّحَرَۃَ اِنۡ کَانُوۡا ہُمُ الۡغٰلِبِیۡنَ ﴿۴۰﴾
لعلنا نتبع السحرة ان كانوا هم الغلبين
That we might follow the magicians if they are the predominant?"
تاکہ اگر جادوگر غالب آجائیں تو ہم ان ہی کی پیروی کریں ۔
Takay agar jadoogar ghalib aajayen to hum unhi ki pairwee keren.
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ السَّحَرَۃُ قَالُوۡا لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ اَئِنَّ لَنَا لَاَجۡرًا اِنۡ کُنَّا نَحۡنُ الۡغٰلِبِیۡنَ ﴿۴۱﴾
فلما جاء السحرة قالوا لفرعون اىن لنا لاجرا ان كنا نحن الغلبين
And when the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, "Is there indeed for us a reward if we are the predominant?"
جادوگر آکر فرعون سے کہنے لگے کہ اگر ہم جیت گئے تو ہمیں کچھ انعام بھی ملے گا؟
Jadoogar agar firaon say kehney lagay kay agar hum jeet gaye to humen kuch inam bhi milay ga?
قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَ اِنَّکُمۡ اِذًا لَّمِنَ الۡمُقَرَّبِیۡنَ ﴿۴۲﴾
قال نعم و انكم اذا لمن المقربين
He said, "Yes, and indeed, you will then be of those near [to me]."
فرعون نے کہا ہاں! ( بڑی خوشی سے ) بلکہ ایسی صورت میں تم میرے خاص درباری بن جاؤ گے ۔
Firaon ney kaha haan! ( bari khushi say ) bulkay aisi soorat mein tum meray khas darbari bann jao gay.
قَالَ لَہُمۡ مُّوۡسٰۤی اَلۡقُوۡا مَاۤ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّلۡقُوۡنَ ﴿۴۳﴾
قال لهم موسى القوا ما انتم ملقون
Moses said to them, "Throw whatever you will throw."
۔ ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے جادوگروں سے فرمایا جو کچھ تمہیں ڈالنا ہے ڈال دو ۔
( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney jadoogaron say farmaya jo kuch tumhen dalna hai daal do.
فَاَلۡقَوۡا حِبَالَہُمۡ وَ عِصِیَّہُمۡ وَ قَالُوۡا بِعِزَّۃِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ اِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ الۡغٰلِبُوۡنَ ﴿۴۴﴾
فالقوا حبالهم و عصيهم و قالوا بعزة فرعون انا لنحن الغلبون
So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant."
انہوں نے اپنی رسیاں اور لاٹھیاں ڈال دیں اور کہنے لگے عزت فرعون کی قسم! ہم یقیناً غالب ہی رہیں گے ۔
Unhon ney apni rassiyan aur laathiyan daal den aur kehney lagay izzat firaon ki qasam! Hum yaqeenan ghalib hi rahen gay.
فَاَلۡقٰی مُوۡسٰی عَصَاہُ فَاِذَا ہِیَ تَلۡقَفُ مَا یَاۡفِکُوۡنَ ﴿۴۵﴾ۚ ۖ
فالقى موسى عصاه فاذا هي تلقف ما يافكون
Then Moses threw his staff, and at once it devoured what they falsified.
اب ( حضرت ) موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) نے بھی اپنی لاٹھی میدان میں ڈال دی جس نے اسی وقت ان کے جھوٹ موٹ کے کرتب کو نگلنا شروع کر دیا ۔
Abb ( hazrat ) musa ( alh-e-salam ) ney bhi apni laathi maidan mein daal di jiss ney ussi waqt unn kay jhoot moot kay kartab ko nigalna shuroo ker diya.
فَاُلۡقِیَ السَّحَرَۃُ سٰجِدِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۶﴾
فالقي السحرة سجدين
So the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah ].
یہ دیکھتے ہی جادوگر بے اختیار سجدے میں گر گئے ۔
Yeh dekhtay hi jadoogar bay ikhtiyar sajday mein gir gaye.
قَالُوۡۤا اٰمَنَّا بِرَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۷﴾
قالوا امنا برب العلمين
They said, "We have believed in the Lord of the worlds,
اور انہوں نے صاف کہہ دیا کہ ہم تو اللہ رب العالمین پر ایمان لائے ۔
Aur unhon ney saaf keh diya kay hum to Allah rab-ul-aalameen per eman laye.
رَبِّ مُوۡسٰی وَ ہٰرُوۡنَ ﴿۴۸﴾
رب موسى و هرون
The Lord of Moses and Aaron."
یعنی موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) اور ہارون کے رب پر ۔
Yani musa ( alh-e-salam ) aur haroon kay rab per.
قَالَ اٰمَنۡتُمۡ لَہٗ قَبۡلَ اَنۡ اٰذَنَ لَکُمۡ ۚ اِنَّہٗ لَکَبِیۡرُکُمُ الَّذِیۡ عَلَّمَکُمُ السِّحۡرَ ۚ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ۬ ؕ لَاُقَطِّعَنَّ اَیۡدِیَکُمۡ وَ اَرۡجُلَکُمۡ مِّنۡ خِلَافٍ وَّ لَاُوصَلِّبَنَّکُمۡ اَجۡمَعِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۴۹﴾
قال امنتم له قبل ان اذن لكم انه لكبيركم الذي علمكم السحر فلسوف تعلمون لاقطعن ايديكم و ارجلكم من خلاف و لاوصلبنكم اجمعين
[Pharaoh] said, "You believed Moses before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic, but you are going to know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all."
فرعون نے کہا کہ میری اجازت سے پہلے تم اس پر ایمان لے آئے؟ یقیناً یہی تمہارا وہ بڑا ( سردار ) ہے جس نے تم سب کو جادو سکھایا ہے سو تمہیں ابھی ابھی معلوم ہو جائے گا ، قسم ہے میں ابھی تمہارے ہاتھ پاؤں الٹے طور پر کاٹ دونگا اور تم سب کو سولی پر لٹکا دونگا ۔
Firaon ney kaha kay meri ijazat say pehlay tum iss per eman ley aaye? Yaqeenan yehi tumhara woh bara ( sardar ) hai jiss ney tum sab ko jadoo sikhaya hai so tumhen abhi abhi maloom ho jaye ga qasam hai mein abhi tumharay haath paon ultay tor per kaat doon ga aur tum sab ko sooli per latka doon ga.
قَالُوۡا لَا ضَیۡرَ ۫ اِنَّاۤ اِلٰی رَبِّنَا مُنۡقَلِبُوۡنَ ﴿ۚ۵۰﴾
قالوا لا ضير انا الى ربنا منقلبون
They said, "No harm. Indeed, to our Lord we will return.
انہوں نے کہا کوئی حرج نہیں ہم تو اپنے رب کی طرف لوٹنے والے ہیں ہی ۔
Unhon ney kaha koi haraj nahi hum to apnay rab ki taraf lotney walay hain hi.
اِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ اَنۡ یَّغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطٰیٰنَاۤ اَنۡ کُنَّاۤ اَوَّلَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ﴿۵۱﴾ؕ٪ 7
انا نطمع ان يغفر لنا ربنا خطينا ان كنا اول المؤمنين
Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."
اس بنا پر کہ ہم سب سے پہلے ایمان والے بنے ہیں ہمیں امید پڑتی ہے کہ ہمارا رب ہماری سب خطائیں معاف فرما دے گا ۔
Iss bina per kay hum sab say pehlay eman walay banay hain humen umeed parti hai kay humara rab humari sab khatayen moaaf farma dey ga.
وَ اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلٰی مُوۡسٰۤی اَنۡ اَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِیۡۤ اِنَّکُمۡ مُّتَّبَعُوۡنَ ﴿۵۲﴾
و اوحينا الى موسى ان اسر بعبادي انكم متبعون
And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued."
اور ہم نے موسیٰ کو وحی کی کہ راتوں رات میرے بندوں کو نکال لے چل تم سب پیچھا کئے جاؤ گے ۔
Aur hum ney musa ko wahee ki kay raaton raat meray bandon ko nikal ley chal tum sab peecha kiye jao gay.
فَاَرۡسَلَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ فِی الۡمَدَآئِنِ حٰشِرِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۵۳﴾
فارسل فرعون في المداىن حشرين
Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers
فرعون نے شہروں میں ہرکاروں کو بھیج دیا ۔
Firaon ney shehron mein harkaaron ko bhej diya.
اِنَّ ہٰۤؤُلَآءِ لَشِرۡ ذِمَۃٌ قَلِیۡلُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۵۴﴾
ان هؤلاء لشرذمة قليلون
[And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band,
کہ یقیناً یہ گروہ بہت ہی کم تعداد میں ہے ۔
Kay yaqeenan yeh giroh boht hi kum tadaad mein hai.
وَ اِنَّہُمۡ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۵۵﴾
و انهم لنا لغاىظون
And indeed, they are enraging us,
اور اس پر یہ ہمیں سخت غضبناک کر رہے ہیں ۔
Aur iss per yeh humen sakht gazab-naak ker rahey hain.
وَ اِنَّا لَجَمِیۡعٌ حٰذِرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۵۶﴾
و انا لجميع حذرون
And indeed, we are a cautious society... "
اور یقیناً ہم بڑی جماعت ہیں ان سے چوکنا رہنے والے ۔
Aur yaqeenan hum bari jamaat hain inn say chokanna rehnay walay.
فَاَخۡرَجۡنٰہُمۡ مِّنۡ جَنّٰتٍ وَّ عُیُوۡنٍ ﴿ۙ۵۷﴾
فاخرجنهم من جنت و عيون
So We removed them from gardens and springs
بالآخر ہم نے انہیں باغات سے اور چشموں سے ۔
Bil-aakhir hum ney enhen baghaat say aur chashmon say.
وَّ کُنُوۡزٍ وَّ مَقَامٍ کَرِیۡمٍ ﴿ۙ۵۸﴾
و كنوز و مقام كريم
And treasures and honorable station -
اور خزانوں سے ۔ اور اچھے اچھے مقامات سے نکال باہر کیا ۔
Aur khazano say. Aur achay achay muqamaat say nikal bahir kiya.
کَذٰلِکَ ؕ وَ اَوۡرَثۡنٰہَا بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ ﴿ؕ۵۹﴾
كذلك و اورثنها بني اسراءيل
Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel.
اسی طرح ہوا اور ہم نے ان ( تمام ) چیزوں کا وارث بنی اسرائیل کو بنا دیا ۔
Issi tarah hua aur hum ney unn ( tamam ) cheezon ka waris bani israeel ko bana diya.
فَاَتۡبَعُوۡہُمۡ مُّشۡرِقِیۡنَ ﴿۶۰﴾
فاتبعوهم مشرقين
So they pursued them at sunrise.
پس فرعونی سورج نکلتے ہی ان کے تعاقب میں نکلے ۔
Pus fiaroni sooraj nikaltay hi unn kay taaqqub mein niklay.
فَلَمَّا تَرَآءَ الۡجَمۡعٰنِ قَالَ اَصۡحٰبُ مُوۡسٰۤی اِنَّا لَمُدۡرَکُوۡنَ ﴿ۚ۶۱﴾
فلما تراء الجمعن قال اصحب موسى انا لمدركون
And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!"
پس جب دونوں نے ایک دوسرے کو دیکھ لیا ، تو موسیٰ کے ساتھیوں نے کہا ہم تویقیناً پکڑ لئے گئے ۔
Pus jab dono ney aik doosray ko dekh liya to musa kay saathiyon ney kaha hum to yaqeenan pakar liye gaye.
قَالَ کَلَّا ۚ اِنَّ مَعِیَ رَبِّیۡ سَیَہۡدِیۡنِ ﴿۶۲﴾
قال كلا ان معي ربي سيهدين
[Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me."
موسٰی نے کہا ہرگز نہیں ، یقین مانو ، میرا رب میرے ساتھ ہے جو ضرور مجھے راہ دکھائے گا ۔
Musa ney kaha hergiz nahi. Yaqeen mano mera rab meray sath hai jo zaroor mujhay raah dikhaye ga.
فَاَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلٰی مُوۡسٰۤی اَنِ اضۡرِبۡ بِّعَصَاکَ الۡبَحۡرَ ؕ فَانۡفَلَقَ فَکَانَ کُلُّ فِرۡقٍ کَالطَّوۡدِ الۡعَظِیۡمِ ﴿ۚ۶۳﴾
فاوحينا الى موسى ان اضرب بعصاك البحر فانفلق فكان كل فرق كالطود العظيم
Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain.
ہم نے موسیٰ کی طرف وحی بھیجی کہ دریا پر اپنی لاٹھی مار پس اسی وقت دریا پھٹ گیا اور ہر ایک حصہ پانی کا مثل بڑے پہاڑ کے ہوگیا ۔
Hum ney musa ki taraf wahee bheji kay darya per apni laathi maar pus ussi waqt darya phat gaya aur her aik hissa paani ka misil baray pahar kay hogaya.
وَ اَزۡلَفۡنَا ثَمَّ الۡاٰخَرِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۶۴﴾
و ازلفنا ثم الاخرين
And We advanced thereto the pursuers.
اور ہم نے اسی جگہ دوسروں کو نزدیک لا کھڑا کر دیا ۔
Aur hum ney ussi jagah doosron ko nazdeek laa khara ker diya.
وَ اَنۡجَیۡنَا مُوۡسٰی وَ مَنۡ مَّعَہٗۤ اَجۡمَعِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۶۵﴾
و انجينا موسى و من معه اجمعين
And We saved Moses and those with him, all together.
اور موسیٰ ( علیہ السلام ) کو اور اس کے تمام ساتھیوں کو نجات دے دی ۔
Aur musa ( alh-e-salam ) ko aur uss kay tamam saathiyon ko nijat dey di.
ثُمَّ اَغۡرَقۡنَا الۡاٰخَرِیۡنَ ﴿ؕ۶۶﴾
ثم اغرقنا الاخرين
Then We drowned the others.
پھر اور سب دوسروں کو ڈبو دیا ۔
Phir aur sab doosron ko dobo diya.
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۶۷﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
یقیناً اس میں بڑی عبرت ہے اور ان میں کے اکثر لوگ ایمان والے نہیں ۔
Yaqeenan iss mein bari ibrat hai aur inn mein kay aksar log eman walay nahi.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۶۸﴾٪ 8
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
اور بیشک آپ کا رب بڑا ہی غالب و مہربان ہے ۔
Aur be-shak aap ka rab bara hi ghalib aur meharbaan hai.
وَ اتۡلُ عَلَیۡہِمۡ نَبَاَ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ ﴿ۘ۶۹﴾
و اتل عليهم نبا ابرهيم
And recite to them the news of Abraham,
انہیں ابراہیم ( علیہ السلام ) کا واقعہ بھی سنا دو ۔
Enhen ibrahim ( alh-e-salam ) ka waqiya bhi suna do.
اِذۡ قَالَ لِاَبِیۡہِ وَ قَوۡمِہٖ مَا تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ ﴿۷۰﴾
اذ قال لابيه و قومه ما تعبدون
When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"
جبکہ انہوں نے اپنے باپ اور اپنی قوم سے فرمایا کہ تم کس کی عبادت کرتے ہو؟
Jabkay unhon ney apnay baap aur pani qom say farmaya kay tum kiss ki ibadat kertay ho?
قَالُوۡا نَعۡبُدُ اَصۡنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَہَا عٰکِفِیۡنَ ﴿۷۱﴾
قالوا نعبد اصناما فنظل لها عكفين
They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ عبادت کرتے ہیں بتوں کی ہم تو برابر ان کے مجاور بنے بیٹھے ہیں ۔
Unhon ney jawab diya kay ibadat kertay hain buton ki hum to barbar inn kay mujawar bann bethay hain.
قَالَ ہَلۡ یَسۡمَعُوۡنَکُمۡ اِذۡ تَدۡعُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۷۲﴾
قال هل يسمعونكم اذ تدعون
He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?
آپ نے فرمایا کہ جب تم انہیں پکارتے ہو تو کیا وہ سنتے بھی ہیں؟
Aap ney farmaya jab tum enhen pukartay ho to kiya woh suntay bhi hain?
اَوۡ یَنۡفَعُوۡنَکُمۡ اَوۡ یَضُرُّوۡنَ ﴿۷۳﴾
او ينفعونكم او يضرون
Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
یا تمہیں نفع نقصان بھی پہنچا سکتے ہیں ۔
Ya tumhen nafa nuksan bhi phoncha saktay hain.
قَالُوۡا بَلۡ وَجَدۡنَاۤ اٰبَآءَنَا کَذٰلِکَ یَفۡعَلُوۡنَ ﴿۷۴﴾
قالوا بل وجدنا اباءنا كذلك يفعلون
They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
انہوں نے کہا یہ ( ہم کچھ نہیں جانتے ) ہم نے تو اپنے باپ دادوں کو اسی طرح کرتے پایا ۔
Unhon ney kaha yeh ( hum kuch nahi jantay ) hum ney to apnay baap dadon ko issi tarah kertay paya.
قَالَ اَفَرَءَیۡتُمۡ مَّا کُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۷۵﴾
قال افرءيتم ما كنتم تعبدون
He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
آپ نے فرمایا کچھ خبر بھی ہے جنہیں تم پوج رہے ہو؟
Aap ney farmaya kuch khabar bhi hai jinhen tum pooj rahey ho?
اَنۡتُمۡ وَ اٰبَآؤُکُمُ الۡاَقۡدَمُوۡنَ ﴿۷۶﴾۫ ۖ
انتم و اباؤكم الاقدمون
You and your ancient forefathers?
تم اور تمہارے اگلے باپ دادا وہ سب میرے دشمن ہیں ۔
Tum aur tumharay aglay baap dada woh sab meray dushman hain.
فَاِنَّہُمۡ عَدُوٌّ لِّیۡۤ اِلَّا رَبَّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۷۷﴾
فانهم عدو لي الا رب العلمين
Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
بجز سچے اللہ تعالٰی کے جو تمام جہان کا پالنہار ہے ۔
Ba-juz sachay Allah Taalaa kay jo tamam jahaan ka palanhaar hai.
الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَنِیۡ فَہُوَ یَہۡدِیۡنِ ﴿ۙ۷۸﴾
الذي خلقني فهو يهدين
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
جس نے مجھے پیدا کیا ہے اور وہی میری رہبری فرماتا ہے ۔
Jiss ney mujhay peda kiya hai aur wohi meri rehbari farmata hai.
وَ الَّذِیۡ ہُوَ یُطۡعِمُنِیۡ وَ یَسۡقِیۡنِ ﴿ۙ۷۹﴾
و الذي هو يطعمني و يسقين
And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
وہی ہے مجھے جو کھلاتا پلاتا ہے ۔
Wohi hai jo mujhay khilata pilata hai.
وَ اِذَا مَرِضۡتُ فَہُوَ یَشۡفِیۡنِ ﴿۪ۙ۸۰﴾
و اذا مرضت فهو يشفين
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
اور جب میں بیمار پڑ جاؤں تو مجھے شفا عطا فرماتا ہے ۔
Aur jab mein beemar par jaon to mujhay shifa ata farmata hai.
وَ الَّذِیۡ یُمِیۡتُنِیۡ ثُمَّ یُحۡیِیۡنِ ﴿ۙ۸۱﴾
و الذي يميتني ثم يحيين
And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life
اور وہی مجھے مار ڈالے گا پھر زندہ کردے گا ۔
Aur wohi mujhay maar dalay ga phir zinda ker dey ga.
وَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَطۡمَعُ اَنۡ یَّغۡفِرَ لِیۡ خَطِیۡٓئَتِیۡ یَوۡمَ الدِّیۡنِ ﴿ؕ۸۲﴾
و الذي اطمع ان يغفر لي خطيتي يوم الدين
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
اور جس سے امید بندھی ہوئی ہے کہ وہ روز جزا میں میرے گناہوں کو بخش دے گا ۔
Aur jiss say umeed bandhi hui hai kay woh roz-e-jaza mein meray gunahon ko bakhsh dey ga.
رَبِّ ہَبۡ لِیۡ حُکۡمًا وَّ اَلۡحِقۡنِیۡ بِالصّٰلِحِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۸۳﴾
رب هب لي حكما و الحقني بالصلحين
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
اے میرے رب! مجھے قوت فیصلہ عطا فرما اور مجھے نیک لوگوں میں ملا دے ۔
Aey meray rab! Mujhay qooat-e-faisla ata farma aur mujhay nek logon mein mila dey.
وَ اجۡعَلۡ لِّیۡ لِسَانَ صِدۡقٍ فِی الۡاٰخِرِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۸۴﴾
و اجعل لي لسان صدق في الاخرين
And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
اور میرا ذکر خیر پچھلے لوگوں میں بھی باقی رکھ ۔
Aur mera ziker-e-khair pichlay logon mein bhi baqi rakh.
وَ اجۡعَلۡنِیۡ مِنۡ وَّرَثَۃِ جَنَّۃِ النَّعِیۡمِ ﴿ۙ۸۵﴾
و اجعلني من ورثة جنة النعيم
And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
مجھے نعمتوں والی جنت کے وارثوں میں سے بنادے ۔
Mujhay nematon wali jannat kay warison mein say bana dey.
وَ اغۡفِرۡ لِاَبِیۡۤ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ مِنَ الضَّآلِّیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۸۶﴾
و اغفر لابي انه كان من الضالين
And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
اور میرے باپ کو بخش دے یقیناً وہ گمراہوں میں سے تھا ۔
Aur meray baap ko bakhsh dey yaqeenan woh gumrahon mein say tha.
وَ لَا تُخۡزِنِیۡ یَوۡمَ یُبۡعَثُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۸۷﴾
و لا تخزني يوم يبعثون
And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected -
اور جس دن کہ لوگ دوبارہ جلائے جائیں مجھے رسوا نہ کر ۔
Aur jiss sin kay log doobara jilaye jayen mujhay ruswa na ker.
یَوۡمَ لَا یَنۡفَعُ مَالٌ وَّ لَا بَنُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۸۸﴾
يوم لا ينفع مال و لا بنون
The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
جس دن کہ مال اور اولاد کچھ کام نہ آئے گی ۔
Jiss din kay maal aur aulad kuch kaam na aaye gi.
اِلَّا مَنۡ اَتَی اللّٰہَ بِقَلۡبٍ سَلِیۡمٍ ﴿ؕ۸۹﴾
الا من اتى الله بقلب سليم
But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."
لیکن فائدہ والا وہی ہوگا جو اللہ تعالٰی کے سامنے بے عیب دل لے کر جائے ۔
Lekin faeeday wala wohi hoga jo Allah Taalaa kay samney bay aib dil ley ker jaye.
وَ اُزۡلِفَتِ الۡجَنَّۃُ لِلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۹۰﴾
و ازلفت الجنة للمتقين
And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous.
اور پرہیزگاروں کے لئے جنت بالکل نزدیک لا دی جائے گی ۔
Aur perhezgaron kay liye jannat bilkul nazdeek laa di jaye gi.
وَ بُرِّزَتِ الۡجَحِیۡمُ لِلۡغٰوِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۹۱﴾
و برزت الجحيم للغوين
And Hellfire will be brought forth for the deviators,
اور گمراہ لوگوں کے لئے جہنم ظاہر کر دی جائے گی ۔
Aur gumrah logon kay liye jahannum zahir ker di jaye gi.
وَ قِیۡلَ لَہُمۡ اَیۡنَمَا کُنۡتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۹۲﴾
و قيل لهم اينما كنتم تعبدون
And it will be said to them, "Where are those you used to worship
اور ان سے پوچھا جائے گا کہ جن کی تم پوجا کرتے رہے وہ کہاں ہیں؟
Aur unn say poocha jayega kay jin ki tum pooja kertay rahey woh kahan hain?
مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ ؕ ہَلۡ یَنۡصُرُوۡنَکُمۡ اَوۡ یَنۡتَصِرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۹۳﴾
من دون الله هل ينصرونكم او ينتصرون
Other than Allah ? Can they help you or help themselves?"
جو اللہ تعالٰی کے سوا تھے ، کیا وہ تمہاری مدد کرتے ہیں؟ یا کوئی بدلہ لے سکتے ہیں ۔
Jo Allah Taalaa kay siwa thay kiya woh tumhari madad kertay hain? Ya koi badla ley saktay hain.
فَکُبۡکِبُوۡا فِیۡہَا ہُمۡ وَ الۡغَاوٗنَ ﴿ۙ۹۴﴾
فكبكبوا فيها هم و الغاون
So they will be overturned into Hellfire, they and the deviators
پس وہ سب اور کل گمراہ لوگ جہنم میں اوندھے منہ ڈال دیئے جائیں گے ۔
Pus woh sab aur kul gumrah log jahannum mein ondhay mun daal diye jayen gay.
وَ جُنُوۡدُ اِبۡلِیۡسَ اَجۡمَعُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۹۵﴾
و جنود ابليس اجمعون
And the soldiers of Iblees, all together.
اور ابلیس کے تمام کے تمام لشکر بھی وہاں ۔
Aur iblees kay tamam kay tamam lashkar bhi wahan.
قَالُوۡا وَ ہُمۡ فِیۡہَا یَخۡتَصِمُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۹۶﴾
قالوا و هم فيها يختصمون
They will say while they dispute therein,
آپس میں لڑتے جھگڑتے ہوئے کہیں گے ۔
Aapas mein lartay jhagartay huye kahen gay.
تَاللّٰہِ اِنۡ کُنَّا لَفِیۡ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِیۡنٍ ﴿ۙ۹۷﴾
تالله ان كنا لفي ضلل مبين
"By Allah , we were indeed in manifest error
کہ قسم اللہ کی! یقیناً ہم تو کھلی غلطی پر تھے ۔
Kay qasam Allah ki! Yaqeenan hum to khulli ghalati per thay.
اِذۡ نُسَوِّیۡکُمۡ بِرَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۹۸﴾
اذ نسويكم برب العلمين
When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds.
جبکہ تمہیں رب العالمین کے برابر سمجھ بیٹھے تھے ۔
Jabkay tumhen rab-ul-aalameen kay barabar samajh bethay thay.
وَ مَاۤ اَضَلَّنَاۤ اِلَّا الۡمُجۡرِمُوۡنَ ﴿۹۹﴾
و ما اضلنا الا المجرمون
And no one misguided us except the criminals.
اور ہمیں تو سوا ان بدکاروں کے کسی اور نے گمراہ نہیں کیا تھا ۔
Aur humen to siwa inn badkaaron kay kissi aur ney gumrah nahi kiya tha.
فَمَا لَنَا مِنۡ شَافِعِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۰﴾ۙ
فما لنا من شافعين
So now we have no intercessors
اب تو ہمارا کوئی سفارشی بھی نہیں ۔
Abb to humara koi sifarshi bhi nahi.
وَ لَا صَدِیۡقٍ حَمِیۡمٍ ﴿۱۰۱﴾
و لا صديق حميم
And not a devoted friend.
اور نہ کوئی ( سچا ) غم خوار دوست ۔
Aur na koi ( sacha ) ghum khuwar dost.
فَلَوۡ اَنَّ لَنَا کَرَّۃً فَنَکُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۲﴾
فلو ان لنا كرة فنكون من المؤمنين
Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers... "
اگر کاش کہ ہمیں ایک مرتبہ پھر جانا ملتا تو ہم پکے سچے مومن بن جاتے ۔
Agar kaash kay humen aik martaba phir jana milta to hum pakkay sachay momin bann jatay.
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۳﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
یہ ماجرہ یقیناً ایک زبردست نشانی ہے ان میں اکثر لوگ ایمان لانے والے نہیں ۔
Yeh majra yaqeena aik bari zabardast nishani hai inn mein say aksar log eman laney walay nahi.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۰۴﴾٪ 9
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
یقیناً آپ کا پروردگار ہی غالب مہربان ہے ۔
Yaqeenan aap ka perwerdigar hi ghalib meharbaan hai.
کَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ نُوۡحِ ۣ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۵﴾ۚۖ
كذبت قوم نوح المرسلين
The people of Noah denied the messengers
قوم نوح نے بھی نبیوں کو جھٹلایا ۔
Qom-e-nooh ney bhi nabiyon ko jhutlaya.
اِذۡ قَالَ لَہُمۡ اَخُوۡہُمۡ نُوۡحٌ اَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰۶﴾ۚ
اذ قال لهم اخوهم نوح الا تتقون
When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
جبکہ ان کے بھائی نوح ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا کہ کیا تمہیں اللہ کا خوف نہیں!
Jabkay unn kay bhai nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kay kiya tumhen Allah ka khof nahi!.
اِنِّیۡ لَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ اَمِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۰۷﴾ۙ
اني لكم رسول امين
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
سنو! میں تمہاری طرف اللہ کا اما نت دار رسول ہوں ۔
Suno! Mein tumhari taraf Allah ka amanat daar rasool hun.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۰۸﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
پس تمہیں اللہ سے ڈرنا چاہیے اور میری بات ماننی چاہیے ۔
Pus tumhen Allah say darna chahaye aur meri baat manni chahaye.
وَ مَاۤ اَسۡئَلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ ۚ اِنۡ اَجۡرِیَ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۹﴾ۚ
و ما اسلكم عليه من اجر ان اجري الا على رب العلمين
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
میں تم سے اس پر کوئی اجر نہیں چاہتا ، میرا بدلہ تو صرف رب العالمین کے ہاں ہے ۔
Mein tum say iss per koi ajar nahi chahata mera badla to sirf rab-ul-aalameen kay haan hai.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۱۰﴾ؕ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me."
پس تم اللہ کا خوف رکھو اور میری فرمانبرداری کرو ۔
Pus tum Allah ka khof rakho aur meri farmanbardari kero.
قَالُوۡۤا اَنُؤۡمِنُ لَکَ وَ اتَّبَعَکَ الۡاَرۡذَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۱﴾ؕ
قالوا انؤمن لك و اتبعك الارذلون
They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?"
قوم نے جواب دیا کہ کیا ہم تجھ پر ایمان لائیں! تیری تابعداری تو رذیل لوگوں نے کی ہے ۔
Qom ney jawab diya kay kiya hum tujh per eman layen! Teri tabey daari to razeel logon ney ki hai.
قَالَ وَ مَا عِلۡمِیۡ بِمَا کَانُوۡا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۲﴾ۚ
قال و ما علمي بما كانوا يعملون
He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?
آپ نے فرمایا! مجھے کیا خبر کہ وہ پہلے کیا کرتے رہے؟
Aap ney farmaya! Mujhay kiya khabar kay woh pehlay kiya kertay rahey?
اِنۡ حِسَابُہُمۡ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّیۡ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۳﴾ۚ
ان حسابهم الا على ربي لو تشعرون
Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive.
ان کا حساب تو میرے رب کے ذمہ ہے اگر تمہیں شعور ہو تو ۔
Unn ka hisab to meray rab kay zimmay hai agar tumhen shaoor ho to.
وَ مَاۤ اَنَا بِطَارِدِ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۴﴾ۚ
و ما انا بطارد المؤمنين
And I am not one to drive away the believers.
میں ایمان داروں کو دھکے دینے والا نہیں ۔
Mein eman walon ko dhakkay denay wala nahi.
اِنۡ اَنَا اِلَّا نَذِیۡرٌ مُّبِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۱۵﴾ؕ
ان انا الا نذير مبين
I am only a clear warner."
میں تو صاف طور پر ڈرا دینے والا ہوں ۔
Mein to saaf tor per dara denay wala hun.
قَالُوۡا لَئِنۡ لَّمۡ تَنۡتَہِ یٰنُوۡحُ لَتَکُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الۡمَرۡجُوۡمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۶﴾ؕ
قالوا لىن لم تنته ينوح لتكونن من المرجومين
They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."
انہوں نے کہا کہ اے نوح! اگر تو باز نہ آیا تو یقیناً تجھے سنگسار کر دیا جائے گا ۔
Unhon ney kaha aey nooh! Agar tu baaz na aaya to yaqeenan tujhay sangsaar ker diya jaye ga.
قَالَ رَبِّ اِنَّ قَوۡمِیۡ کَذَّبُوۡنِ ﴿۱۱۷﴾ۚ ۖ النصف
قال رب ان قومي كذبون
He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me.
آپ نے کہا اے میرے پروردگار! میری قوم نے مجھے جھٹلا دیا ۔
Aap ney kaha aey meray perwerdigar! Meri qom ney mujhay jhutla diya.
فَافۡتَحۡ بَیۡنِیۡ وَ بَیۡنَہُمۡ فَتۡحًا وَّ نَجِّنِیۡ وَ مَنۡ مَّعِیَ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۸﴾
فافتح بيني و بينهم فتحا و نجني و من معي من المؤمنين
Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers."
پس تو مجھ میں اور ان میں کوئی قطعی فیصلہ کردے اور مجھے اور میرے باایمان ساتھیوں کو نجات دے ۔
Pus tu mujh mein aur inn mein koi qataee faisla ker dey aur mujha aur meray ba-emaan saathiyon ko nijat dey.
فَاَنۡجَیۡنٰہُ وَ مَنۡ مَّعَہٗ فِی الۡفُلۡکِ الۡمَشۡحُوۡنِ ﴿۱۱۹﴾ۚ
فانجينه و من معه في الفلك المشحون
So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship.
چنانچہ ہم نے اسے اور اس کے ساتھیوں کو بھری ہوئی کشتی میں ( سوار کراکر ) نجات دے دی ۔
Chunacha hum ney ussay aur uss kay saathiyon ko bhari hui kashti mein ( sawar kera ker ) nijat dey di.
ثُمَّ اَغۡرَقۡنَا بَعۡدُ الۡبٰقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۰﴾ؕ
ثم اغرقنا بعد البقين
Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones.
بعد ازاں باقی کےتمام لوگوں کو ہم نے ڈبو دیا ۔
Bad-e-azan baqi kay tamam logon ko hum ney dobo diya.
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۱﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
یقیناً اس میں بہت بڑی عبرت ہے ۔ ان میں سے اکثر لوگ ایمان لانے والے تھے بھی نہیں ۔
Yaqeenan iss mein boht bari ibrat hai. Unn mein say aksar log eman laney walay thay bhi nahi.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۲۲﴾٪ 10
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
اور بیشک آپ کا پروردگار البتہ وہی ہے زبردست رحم کرنے والا ۔
Aur be-shak aap ka perwerdigar albatta wohi hai zabardast reham kerney wala.
کَذَّبَتۡ عَادُۨ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۳﴾ۚۖ
كذبت عاد المرسلين
'Aad denied the messengers
عادیوں نے بھی رسولوں کو جھٹلایا ۔
Aadiyon ney bhi rasoolon ko jhutlaya.
اِذۡ قَالَ لَہُمۡ اَخُوۡہُمۡ ہُوۡدٌ اَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۴﴾ۚ
اذ قال لهم اخوهم هود الا تتقون
When their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
جبکہ ان سے ان کے بھائی ہود نے کہا کہ کیا تم ڈرتے نہیں؟
Jabkay unn say unn kay bhai hood ney kaha kay kiya tum dartay nahi?
اِنِّیۡ لَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ اَمِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۲۵﴾ۙ
اني لكم رسول امين
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
میں تمہارا امانتدار پیغمبر ہوں ۔
Mein tumhara amanatdaar payghumbar hun.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۲۶﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
پس اللہ سے ڈرو اور میرا کہا مانو !
Pus Allah say daro aur mera kaha mano!
وَ مَاۤ اَسۡئَلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ ۚ اِنۡ اَجۡرِیَ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۲۷﴾ؕ
و ما اسلكم عليه من اجر ان اجري الا على رب العلمين
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
میں اس پر تم سے کوئی اجرت طلب نہیں کرتا میرا ثواب تو تمام جہان کے پروردگار کے پاس ہی ہے ۔
Mein iss per tum say koi ujrat talab nahi kerta mera sawab to tamam jahaan kay perwerdigar kay pass hi hai.
اَتَبۡنُوۡنَ بِکُلِّ رِیۡعٍ اٰیَۃً تَعۡبَثُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۸﴾
اتبنون بكل ريع اية تعبثون
Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves,
کیا تم ایک ایک ٹیلے پر بطور کھیل تماشا یادگار ( عمارت ) بنا رہے ہو ۔
Kiya tum aik aik teelay per bator khel tamasha yaadgar ( emaarat ) bana rahey ho.
وَ تَتَّخِذُوۡنَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَخۡلُدُوۡنَ ﴿۱۲۹﴾ۚ
و تتخذون مصانع لعلكم تخلدون
And take for yourselves palaces and fortresses that you might abide eternally?
اور بڑی صنعت والے ( مضبوط محل تعمیر ) کر رہے ہو گویا کہ تم ہمیشہ یہیں رہو گے ۔
Aur bari san’at walay ( mazboot mehal tameer ) ker rahey ho goya kay tum hamesha yahin raho gay.
وَ اِذَا بَطَشۡتُمۡ بَطَشۡتُمۡ جَبَّارِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۰﴾ۚ
و اذا بطشتم بطشتم جبارين
And when you strike, you strike as tyrants.
اور جب کسی پر ہاتھ ڈالتے ہو تو سختی اور ظلم سے پکڑتے ہو ۔
Aur jab kissi per hath daaltay ho to sakhti aur zulm say pakartay ho.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۳۱﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
اللہ سے ڈرو اور میری پیروی کرو ۔
Allah say daro aur meri pairwee kero.
وَ اتَّقُوا الَّذِیۡۤ اَمَدَّکُمۡ بِمَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۳۲﴾ۚ
و اتقوا الذي امدكم بما تعلمون
And fear He who provided you with that which you know,
اس سے ڈرو جس نے ان چیزوں سے تمہاری امداد کی جنہیں تم جانتے ہو ۔
Uss say daro jiss ney unn cheezon say tumhari imdad ki jinhen tum jantay ho.
اَمَدَّکُمۡ بِاَنۡعَامٍ وَّ بَنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۳﴾ۚ ۙ
امدكم بانعام و بنين
Provided you with grazing livestock and children
اس نے تمہاری مدد کی مال سے اور اولاد سے ۔
Uss ney tumahri madad ki maal say aur aulad say.
وَ جَنّٰتٍ وَّ عُیُوۡنٍ ﴿۱۳۴﴾ۚ
و جنت و عيون
And gardens and springs.
باغات سےاور چشموں سے ۔
Baghaat say aur chashmon say.
اِنِّیۡۤ اَخَافُ عَلَیۡکُمۡ عَذَابَ یَوۡمٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۱۳۵﴾ؕ
اني اخاف عليكم عذاب يوم عظيم
Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day."
مجھے تو تمہاری نسبت بڑے دن کے عذاب کا اندیشہ ہے ۔
Mujhay to tumhari nisbat baray din kay azab ka andesha hai.
قَالُوۡا سَوَآءٌ عَلَیۡنَاۤ اَوَ عَظۡتَ اَمۡ لَمۡ تَکُنۡ مِّنَ الۡوٰعِظِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۶﴾ۙ
قالوا سواء علينا او عظت ام لم تكن من الوعظين
They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors.
انہوں نے کہا کہ آپ وعظ کہیں یا وعظ کہنے والوں میں نہ ہوں ہم پر یکساں ہیں ۔
Unhon ney kaha kay aap waaz kehn ya waaz kehney walon mein na hon hum per yaksan hai.
اِنۡ ہٰذَاۤ اِلَّا خُلُقُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۷﴾ۙ
ان هذا الا خلق الاولين
This is not but the custom of the former peoples,
یہ تو بس پرانے لوگوں کی عادت ہے ۔
Yeh to bus puraney logon ki aadat hai.
وَ مَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۸﴾ۚ
و ما نحن بمعذبين
And we are not to be punished."
اور ہم ہرگز عذاب نہیں دیئے جائیں گے ۔
Aur hum hergiz azab nahi diye jayen gay.
فَکَذَّبُوۡہُ فَاَہۡلَکۡنٰہُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۹﴾
فكذبوه فاهلكنهم ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
And they denied him, so We destroyed them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
چونکہ عادیوں نے حضرت ہود کو جھٹلایا اس لئے ہم نے انہیں تباہ کر دیا ، یقیناً اس میں نشانی ہے اور ان میں سے اکثر بے ایمان تھے ۔
Chunkay aadiyon ney hazrat hood ko jhutlaya iss liye hum ney unhen tabah ker diya yaqeenan iss mein nishani hai aur inn mein say aksar bey eman thay.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۴۰﴾٪ 11
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
بیشک آپ کا رب وہی ہے غالب مہربان ۔
Be-shak aap ka rab wohi hai ghalib meharbaan.
کَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُوۡدُ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۴۱﴾ۚۖ
كذبت ثمود المرسلين
Thamud denied the messengers
ثمودیوں نے بھی پیغمبروں کو جھٹلایا ۔
Samoodiyon ney bhi payghumbaron ko jhutlaya.
اِذۡ قَالَ لَہُمۡ اَخُوۡہُمۡ صٰلِحٌ اَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۴۲﴾ۚ
اذ قال لهم اخوهم صلح الا تتقون
When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
ان کے بھائی صالح نے ان سےفرمایا کہ کیا تم اللہ سے نہیں ڈرتے؟
Unn kay bhai saleh ney unn say farmaya kay kiya tum Allah say nahi dartay?
اِنِّیۡ لَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ اَمِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۴۳﴾ۙ
اني لكم رسول امين
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
میں تمہاری طرف اللہ کا امانت دار پیغمبر ہوں ۔
Mein tumhari taraf Allah ka amanatdaar payghumbar hun.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۴۴﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
تو تم اللہ سے ڈرو اور میرا کہا ؎کرو ۔
To tum Allah say daro aur mera kaha mano.
وَ مَاۤ اَسۡئَلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ ۚ اِنۡ اَجۡرِیَ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۴۵﴾ؕ
و ما اسلكم عليه من اجر ان اجري الا على رب العلمين
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
میں اس پر تم سے کوئی اجرت نہیں مانگتا ، میری اجرت تو بس پروردگار عالم پر ہی ہے ۔
Mein iss per tum say koi ujrat nahi mangta meri ujrat to bus perwerdigar-e-aalam per hi hai.
اَتُتۡرَکُوۡنَ فِیۡ مَا ہٰہُنَاۤ اٰمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۴۶﴾ۙ
اتتركون في ما ههنا امنين
Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death],
کیا ان چیزوں میں جو یہاں ہیں تم امن کے ساتھ چھوڑ دیئے جاؤ گے ۔
Kiya inn cheezon mein jo yahan hain tum aman kay sath chor diye jao gay.
فِیۡ جَنّٰتٍ وَّ عُیُوۡنٍ ﴿۱۴۷﴾ۙ
في جنت و عيون
Within gardens and springs
یعنی ان باغوں اور ان چشموں ۔
Yaani inn baghon aur inn chashmon.
وَّ زُرُوۡعٍ وَّ نَخۡلٍ طَلۡعُہَا ہَضِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۴۸﴾ۚ
و زروع و نخل طلعها هضيم
And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit?
اور ان کھیتوں اور ان کھجوروں کے باغوں میں جن کے شگوفے نرم و نازک ہیں ۔
Aur inn kheton aur inn khajooron kay baghon mein jin kay shagoofay naram-o-nazuk hain.
وَ تَنۡحِتُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡجِبَالِ بُیُوۡتًا فٰرِہِیۡنَ ﴿۱۴۹﴾ۚ
و تنحتون من الجبال بيوتا فرهين
And you carve out of the mountains, homes, with skill.
اور تم پہاڑوں کو تراش تراش کر پر تکلف مکانات بنا رہے ہو ۔
Aur tum paharon ko taraash taraash ker pur takalluf makannat bana rahey ho.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۵۰﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
پس اللہ سے ڈرو اور میری اطاعت کرو ۔
Pus Allah say daro aur meri ita’at kero.
وَ لَا تُطِیۡعُوۡۤا اَمۡرَ الۡمُسۡرِفِیۡنَ ﴿۱۵۱﴾ۙ
و لا تطيعوا امر المسرفين
And do not obey the order of the transgressors,
بے باک حد سے گزر جانے والوں کی اطاعت سے باز آجاؤ ۔
Bey baak hadd say guzar janey walon ki ita’at say baaz aajao.
الَّذِیۡنَ یُفۡسِدُوۡنَ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ وَ لَا یُصۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵۲﴾
الذين يفسدون في الارض و لا يصلحون
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
جو ملک میں فساد پھیلا رہے ہیں اور اصلاح نہیں کرتے ۔
Jo mulk mein fasad phela rahey hain aur islah nahi kertay.
قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَنۡتَ مِنَ الۡمُسَحَّرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۵۳﴾ۚ
قالوا انما انت من المسحرين
They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.
وہ بولے کہ بس تو ان میں سے ہے جن پر جادو کر دیا گیا ہے ۔
Woh bolay kay bus tu unn mein say hai jin per jadoo ker diya gaya hai.
مَاۤ اَنۡتَ اِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثۡلُنَا ۚ ۖ فَاۡتِ بِاٰیَۃٍ اِنۡ کُنۡتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۵۴﴾
ما انت الا بشر مثلنا فات باية ان كنت من الصدقين
You are but a man like ourselves, so bring a sign, if you should be of the truthful."
تو تو ہم جیسا ہی انسان ہے ۔ اگر تو سچوں سے ہے تو کوئی معجزہ لے آ ۔
Tu to hum jaisa insan hai. Agar tu sachon say hai to koi moajza ley aa.
قَالَ ہٰذِہٖ نَاقَۃٌ لَّہَا شِرۡبٌ وَّ لَکُمۡ شِرۡبُ یَوۡمٍ مَّعۡلُوۡمٍ ﴿۱۵۵﴾ۚ
قال هذه ناقة لها شرب و لكم شرب يوم معلوم
He said, "This is a she-camel. For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day.
آپ نے فرمایا یہ ہے اونٹنی پانی پینے کی ایک باری اس کی اور ایک مقررہ دن کی باری پانی پینے کی تمہاری ۔
Aap ney farmaya yeh hai oontni pani peenay ki aik bari iss ki aur aik muqarrar din ki bari pani peenay ki tumhari.
وَ لَا تَمَسُّوۡہَا بِسُوۡٓءٍ فَیَاۡخُذَکُمۡ عَذَابُ یَوۡمٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۱۵۶﴾
و لا تمسوها بسوء فياخذكم عذاب يوم عظيم
And do not touch her with harm, lest you be seized by the punishment of a terrible day."
۔ ( خبر دار! ) اسے برائی سے ہاتھ نہ لگانا ورنہ ایک بڑے بھاری دن کا عذاب تمہاری گرفت کر لے گا ۔
( khabardar! ) issay buraee say hath na lagana werna aik baray bhari din ka azab tumhari girift ker ley ga.
فَعَقَرُوۡہَا فَاَصۡبَحُوۡا نٰدِمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۵۷﴾ۙ
فعقروها فاصبحوا ندمين
But they hamstrung her and so became regretful.
پھر بھی انہوں نے اس کی کوچیں کاٹ ڈالیں بس وہ پشیمان ہوگئے ۔
Phir bhi enhon ney uss ki koonchen kaat daalen bus woh pasheymaan hogaye.
فَاَخَذَہُمُ الۡعَذَابُ ؕ اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۵۸﴾
فاخذهم العذاب ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
And the punishment seized them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
اور عذاب نے انہیں آدبوچا بیشک اس میں عبرت ہے ۔ اور ان میں سےاکثر لوگ مومن نہ تھے ۔
Aur azab ney unhen aa dabocha. Be-shak iss mein ibrat hai. Aur inn mein say aksar log momin na thay.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۵۹﴾٪ 12
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
اور بیشک آپ کا رب بڑا زبردست اور مہربان ہے ۔
Aur be-shak aap ka rab bara zabardast aur meharbaan hai.
کَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ لُوۡطِ ۣ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۰﴾ۚۖ
كذبت قوم لوط المرسلين
The people of Lot denied the messengers
قوم لوط نے بھی نبیوں کو جھٹلایا ۔
Qom-e-loot ney bhi nabiyon ko jhutlaya.
اِذۡ قَالَ لَہُمۡ اَخُوۡہُمۡ لُوۡطٌ اَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۶۱﴾ۚ
اذ قال لهم اخوهم لوط الا تتقون
When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
ان سے ان کے بھائی لوط ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا کیا تم اللہ کا خوف نہیں رکھتے؟
Unn say unn kay bhai loot ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kiya tum Allah ka khof nahi rakhtay?
اِنِّیۡ لَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ اَمِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۶۲﴾ۙ
اني لكم رسول امين
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
میں تمہاری طرف امانت دار رسول ہوں ۔
Mein tumhari taraf amanatdaar rasool hun.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۶۳﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
پس تم اللہ تعا لٰی سے ڈرو اور میری اطاعت کرو ۔
Pus tum Allah Taalaa say daro aur meri ita’at kero.
وَ مَاۤ اَسۡئَلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ ۚ اِنۡ اَجۡرِیَ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۴﴾ؕ
و ما اسلكم عليه من اجر ان اجري الا على رب العلمين
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
میں تم سے اس پر کوئی بدلہ نہیں مانگتا میرا اجر تو صرف اللہ تعالٰی پر ہے جو تمام جہان کا رب ہے ۔
Mein tum say iss per koi badla nahi maangta mera ajar to sirf Allah Taalaa per hai jo tamam jahaan ka rab hai.
اَتَاۡتُوۡنَ الذُّکۡرَانَ مِنَ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۵﴾ۙ
اتاتون الذكران من العلمين
Do you approach males among the worlds
کیا تم جہان والوں میں سے مردوں کے ساتھ شہوت رانی کرتے ہو ۔
Kiya tamam jahaan walon mein say mardon kay sath shehwat raani kertay ho.
وَ تَذَرُوۡنَ مَا خَلَقَ لَکُمۡ رَبُّکُمۡ مِّنۡ اَزۡوَاجِکُمۡ ؕ بَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ عٰدُوۡنَ ﴿۱۶۶﴾
و تذرون ما خلق لكم ربكم من ازواجكم بل انتم قوم عدون
And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing."
اور تمہاری جن عورتوں کو اللہ تعالٰی نے تمہارا جوڑا بنایا ہے ان کو چھوڑ دیتے ہو بلکہ تم ہو ہی حد سے گزر جانے والے ۔
Aur tumahri jin aurton ko Allah Taalaa ney tumhara jora banaya hai unn ko chor detay ho bulkay tum ho hi hadd say guzar janey walay.
قَالُوۡا لَئِنۡ لَّمۡ تَنۡتَہِ یٰلُوۡطُ لَتَکُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الۡمُخۡرَجِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۷﴾
قالوا لىن لم تنته يلوط لتكونن من المخرجين
They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."
انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ اے لوط! اگر تو باز نہ آیا تو یقیناً نکال دیا جائے گا ۔
Unhon ney jawab diya kay aey loot! Agar tu baaz na aaya to yaqeenan nikal diya jayega.
قَالَ اِنِّیۡ لِعَمَلِکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡقَالِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۸﴾ؕ
قال اني لعملكم من القالين
He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest [it].
آپ نے فرمایا ، میں تمہارے کام سے سخت ناخوش ہوں ۔
Aap ney farmaya mein tumharay kaam say sakht na khush hun.
رَبِّ نَجِّنِیۡ وَ اَہۡلِیۡ مِمَّا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۶۹﴾
رب نجني و اهلي مما يعملون
My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do."
میرے پروردگار! مجھے اور میرے گھرانے کو اس ( وبال ) سے بچا لے جو یہ کرتے ہیں ۔
Meray perwerdigar! Mujhay aur meray gharaney ko iss ( wabal ) say bacha ley jo yeh kertay hain.
فَنَجَّیۡنٰہُ وَ اَہۡلَہٗۤ اَجۡمَعِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۰﴾ۙ
فنجينه و اهله اجمعين
So We saved him and his family, all,
پس ہم نے اسے اور اسکے متعلقین کو سب کو بچالیا ۔
Pus hum ney ussay aur uss kay mutalaqqeen ko sab ko bacha liya.
اِلَّا عَجُوۡزًا فِی الۡغٰبِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۱﴾ۚ
الا عجوزا في الغبرين
Except an old woman among those who remained behind.
بجز ایک بڑھیا کے کہ وہ پیچھے رہ جانے والوں میں ہوگئی ۔
Ba-juz aik burhiya kay kay woh peechay reh jaaney walon mein ho gaee.
ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا الۡاٰخَرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۲﴾ۚ
ثم دمرنا الاخرين
Then We destroyed the others.
پھر ہم نے باقی اور سب کو ہلاک کر دیا ۔
Phir hum ney baqi aur sab ko halak ker diya.
وَ اَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمۡ مَّطَرًا ۚ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ الۡمُنۡذَرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۳﴾
و امطرنا عليهم مطرا فساء مطر المنذرين
And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned.
اور ہم نے ان پر ایک خاص قسم کا مینہ برسایا ، پس بہت ہی برا مینہ تھا جو ڈرائے گئے ہوئے لوگوں پر برسا ۔
Aur hum ney unn per aik khas qisam ka meenh barsaya pus boht hi bura meenh tha jo daraye gaye logon per barsa.
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۴﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
یہ ما جرا بھی سرا سر عبرت ہے ۔ ان میں سے بھی اکثر مسلمان نہ تھے ۔
Yeh majra bhi sirasir ibrat hai. Inn mein say bhi aksar musalman na thay.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۷۵﴾٪ 13
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
بیشک تیرا پروردگار وہی ہےغلبے والا مہربانی والا ۔
Be-shak tera perwerdigar wohi hai ghalbay wala meharbaani wala.
کَذَّبَ اَصۡحٰبُ لۡئَـیۡکَۃِ الۡمُرۡسَلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۷۶﴾ۚۖ
كذب اصحب ليكة المرسلين
The companions of the thicket denied the messengers
ایکہ والوں نے بھی رسولوں کو جھٹلایا ۔
Aeeka walon ney bhi rasoolon ko jhutlaya.
اِذۡ قَالَ لَہُمۡ شُعَیۡبٌ اَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿۱۷۷﴾ۚ
اذ قال لهم شعيب الا تتقون
When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah ?
جبکہ ان سے شعیب ( علیہ السلام ) نے کہا کہ کیا تمہیں ڈر خوف نہیں؟
Jabkay inn say shoaib ( alh-e-salam ) ney kaha kay kiya tumhen darr khof nahi?
اِنِّیۡ لَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ اَمِیۡنٌ ﴿۱۷۸﴾ۙ
اني لكم رسول امين
Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.
میں تمہاری طرف امانتدار رسول ہوں ۔
Mein tumhari tarah amanatdaar rasool hun.
فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اَطِیۡعُوۡنِ ﴿۱۷۹﴾ۚ
فاتقوا الله و اطيعون
So fear Allah and obey me.
اللہ کا خوف کھاؤ اور میری فرمانبرداری کرو ۔
Allah ka khof khao aur meri farmanbardari kero.
وَ مَاۤ اَسۡئَلُکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِ مِنۡ اَجۡرٍ ۚ اِنۡ اَجۡرِیَ اِلَّا عَلٰی رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۰﴾ؕ
و ما اسلكم عليه من اجر ان اجري الا على رب العلمين
And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.
میں اس پر تم سے کوئی اجرت نہیں چاہتا ، میرا اجر تمام جہانوں کے پالنے والے کے پاس ہے ۔
Mein iss per tum say koi ujrat nahi chahata mera ajar tamam jahaano kay paalney walay kay pass hai.
اَوۡفُوا الۡکَیۡلَ وَ لَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا مِنَ الۡمُخۡسِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۱﴾ۚ
اوفوا الكيل و لا تكونوا من المخسرين
Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss.
ناپ پورا بھرا کرو کم دینے والوں میں شمولیت نہ کرو ۔
Naap poora bhara kero kum denay walon mein shamooliyat na kero.
وَ زِنُوۡا بِالۡقِسۡطَاسِ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمِ ﴿۱۸۲﴾ۚ
وزنوا بالقسطاس المستقيم
And weigh with an even balance.
اور سیدھی صحیح ترازو سے تولا کرو ۔
Aur seedhi sahih tarazoo say tola kero.
وَ لَا تَبۡخَسُوا النَّاسَ اَشۡیَآءَہُمۡ وَ لَا تَعۡثَوۡا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۳﴾ۚ
و لا تبخسوا الناس اشياءهم و لا تعثوا في الارض مفسدين
And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.
لوگوں کو ان کی چیزیں کمی سے نہ دو بے باکی کے ساتھ زمین میں فساد مچاتے نہ پھرو ۔
Logon ko unn ki cheezen kami say na do bey baki kay sath zamin mein fasad machatay na phiro.
وَ اتَّقُوا الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَکُمۡ وَ الۡجِبِلَّۃَ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۴﴾ؕ
و اتقوا الذي خلقكم و الجبلة الاولين
And fear He who created you and the former creation."
اس اللہ کا خوف رکھو جس نے خود تمہیں اور اگلی مخلوق کو پیدا کیا ہے ۔
Uss Allah ka khof rakho jiss ney khud tumhen aur agli makhlooq ko peda kiya hai.
قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَنۡتَ مِنَ الۡمُسَحَّرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۵﴾ۙ
قالوا انما انت من المسحرين
They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.
انہوں نے کہا تو تُو ان میں سے ہے جن پر جادو کر دیا جاتا ہے ۔
Unhon ney kaha tu to unn mein say hai jin per jadoo ker diya jata hai.
وَ مَاۤ اَنۡتَ اِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثۡلُنَا وَ اِنۡ نَّظُنُّکَ لَمِنَ الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۶﴾ۚ
و ما انت الا بشر مثلنا و ان نظنك لمن الكذبين
You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars.
اورتو تو ہم جیسا ایک انسان ہے اور ہم تو تجھے جھوٹ بولنے والوں میں سے ہی سمجھتے ہیں ۔
Aur tu to hum hi jaisa aik insan hai aur hum to tujhay jhoot bolney walon mein say hi samajhtay hain.
فَاَسۡقِطۡ عَلَیۡنَا کِسَفًا مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ اِنۡ کُنۡتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۸۷﴾ؕ
فاسقط علينا كسفا من السماء ان كنت من الصدقين
So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful."
اگر تو سچے لوگوں میں سے ہے تو ہم پر آسمان کے ٹکڑے گرا دے ۔
Agar tum sachay logon mein say hai to hum per aasaman kay tukray gira dey.
قَالَ رَبِّیۡۤ اَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۱۸۸﴾
قال ربي اعلم بما تعملون
He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do."
کہا کہ میرا رب خوب جاننے والا ہے جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو ۔
Kaha kay mera rab khoob jannay wala hai jo kuch tum ker rahey ho.
فَکَذَّبُوۡہُ فَاَخَذَہُمۡ عَذَابُ یَوۡمِ الظُّلَّۃِ ؕ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ عَذَابَ یَوۡمٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۱۸۹﴾
فكذبوه فاخذهم عذاب يوم الظلة انه كان عذاب يوم عظيم
And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day.
چونکہ انہوں نے اسے جھٹلایا تو انہیں سائبان والے دن کے عذاب نے پکڑ لیا وہ بڑے بھاری دن کا عذاب تھا ۔
Chunkay unhon nay issay jhutlaya to unhen saaibaan walay din kay azab ney pakar liya. Woh baray bhari din ka azab tha.
اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیَۃً ؕ وَ مَا کَانَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۰﴾
ان في ذلك لاية و ما كان اكثرهم مؤمنين
Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.
یقیناً اس میں بڑی نشانی ہے اور ان میں کے اکثر مسلمان نہ تھے ۔
Yaqeena iss mein bari nishani hai aur inn mein kay aksar musalman na thay.
وَ اِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الرَّحِیۡمُ ﴿۱۹۱﴾٪
و ان ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم
And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
اور یقیناً تیرا پروردگار البتہ وہی ہے غلبے والا مہربانی والا ۔
Aur yaqeenan tera perwerdigar albatta wohi hai ghalbay wala merharbani wala.
وَ اِنَّہٗ لَتَنۡزِیۡلُ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۲﴾ؕ
و انه لتنزيل رب العلمين
And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds.
اور بیشک و شبہ یہ ( قرآن ) رب العالمین کا نازل فرمایا ہوا ہے ۔
Aur be-shak-o-shuba yeh ( quran ) rab-ul-aalameen ka nazil farmaya hua hai.
نَزَلَ بِہِ الرُّوۡحُ الۡاَمِیۡنُ ﴿۱۹۳﴾ۙ
نزل به الروح الامين
The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down
اسے امانت دار فرشتہ لے کر آیا ہے ۔
Issay amanatdaar farishta ley ker aaya hai.
عَلٰی قَلۡبِکَ لِتَکُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡمُنۡذِرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۴﴾ 14
على قلبك لتكون من المنذرين
Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners -
آپ کے دل پر اترا ہے کہ آپ آگاہ کر دینے والوں میں سے ہوجائیں ۔
Aap kay dil per utra hai kay aap aagah ker denay walon mein say ho jayen.
بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِیٍّ مُّبِیۡنٍ ﴿۱۹۵﴾ؕ
بلسان عربي مبين
In a clear Arabic language.
صاف عربی زبان میں ہے ۔
Saaf arabi zaban mein.
وَ اِنَّہٗ لَفِیۡ زُبُرِ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۶﴾
و انه لفي زبر الاولين
And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples.
اگلے نبیوں کی کتابوں میں بھی اس قرآن کا تذکرہ ہے ۔
Aglay nabiyon ki kitabon mein bhi iss quran ka tazkarah hai.
اَوَ لَمۡ یَکُنۡ لَّہُمۡ اٰیَۃً اَنۡ یَّعۡلَمَہٗ عُلَمٰٓؤُا بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ ﴿۱۹۷﴾ؕ
او لم يكن لهم اية ان يعلمه علمؤا بني اسراءيل
And has it not been a sign to them that it is recognized by the scholars of the Children of Israel?
کیا انہیں یہ نشانی کافی نہیں کہ حقانیت قرآن تو بنی اسرائیل کے علماء بھی جانتے ہیں ۔
Kiya enhen yeh nishani kafi nahi kay haqqaniyat quran ko to bani-israeel kay ulamaa bhi jantay hain.
وَ لَوۡ نَزَّلۡنٰہُ عَلٰی بَعۡضِ الۡاَعۡجَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۸﴾ۙ
و لو نزلنه على بعض الاعجمين
And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners
اور اگر ہم اسےکسی عجمی شخص پر نازل فرماتے ۔
Aur agar hum issay kissi ajami shaks per nazil farmatay.
فَقَرَاَہٗ عَلَیۡہِمۡ مَّا کَانُوۡا بِہٖ مُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۹۹﴾ؕ
فقراه عليهم ما كانوا به مؤمنين
And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it.
پس وہ ان کے سامنے اس کی تلاوت کرتا تو یہ اسے باور کرنے والے نہ ہوتے ۔
Pus woh inn kay samney iss ki tilawat kerta to yeh issay bawar kerney walay na hotay.
کَذٰلِکَ سَلَکۡنٰہُ فِیۡ قُلُوۡبِ الۡمُجۡرِمِیۡنَ ﴿۲۰۰﴾ؕ
كذلك سلكنه في قلوب المجرمين
Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals.
اسی طرح ہم نے گنہگاروں کے دلوں میں اس انکار کو داخل کر دیا ہے ۔
Issi tarah hum ney gunehgaron kay dilon mein iss inkar ko dakhil ker diya hai.
لَا یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِہٖ حَتّٰی یَرَوُا الۡعَذَابَ الۡاَلِیۡمَ ﴿۲۰۱﴾ۙ
لا يؤمنون به حتى يروا العذاب الاليم
They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment.
وہ جب تک دردناک عذابوں کو ملاحظہ نہ کرلیں ایمان نہ لائیں گے ۔
Woh jab tak dard-naal azabon ko mulahiza na kerlen eman na layen gay.
فَیَاۡتِیَہُمۡ بَغۡتَۃً وَّ ہُمۡ لَا یَشۡعُرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۲﴾ۙ
فياتيهم بغتة و هم لا يشعرون
And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not.
پس وہ عذاب ان کو ناگہاں آجائے گا انہیں اس کا شعور بھی نہ ہوگا ۔
Pus woh azab unn ko na gahan aajaye ga unhen iss ka shaoor bhi na hoga.
فَیَقُوۡلُوۡا ہَلۡ نَحۡنُ مُنۡظَرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۳﴾ؕ
فيقولوا هل نحن منظرون
And they will say, "May we be reprieved?"
اس وقت کہیں گے کہ کیا ہمیں کچھ مہلت دی جائے گی؟
Uss waqt kahen gay kiya humen kuch mohlat di jayegi?
اَفَبِعَذَابِنَا یَسۡتَعۡجِلُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۴﴾
افبعذابنا يستعجلون
So for Our punishment are they impatient?
پس کیا یہ ہمارے عذاب کی جلدی مچا رہے ہیں؟
Pus kiya yeh humaray azab ki jaldi macha rahey hain?
اَفَرَءَیۡتَ اِنۡ مَّتَّعۡنٰہُمۡ سِنِیۡنَ ﴿۲۰۵﴾ۙ
افرءيت ان متعنهم سنين
Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for years
اچھا یہ بھی بتاؤ کہ اگر ہم نے انہیں کئی سال بھی فائدہ اُٹھانے دیا ۔
Acha yeh bhi batao kay agar hum ney enhen kaee saal bhi faeeda uthaney diya.
ثُمَّ جَآءَہُمۡ مَّا کَانُوۡا یُوۡعَدُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۶﴾ۙ
ثم جاءهم ما كانوا يوعدون
And then there came to them that which they were promised?
پھر انہیں وہ عذاب آلگا جن سے یہ دھمکائے جاتے تھے ۔
Phir enhen woh azab aa laga jin say yeh dhamkaye jatay thay.
مَاۤ اَغۡنٰی عَنۡہُمۡ مَّا کَانُوۡا یُمَتَّعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۷﴾ؕ
ما اغنى عنهم ما كانوا يمتعون
They would not be availed by the enjoyment with which they were provided.
تو جو کچھ بھی یہ برتتے رہے اس میں سے کچھ بھی فائدہ نہ پہنچا سکے گا ۔
To jo kuch bhi yeh barattay rahey iss mein say kuch bhi faeeda na phoncha sakay ga.
وَ مَاۤ اَہۡلَکۡنَا مِنۡ قَرۡیَۃٍ اِلَّا لَہَا مُنۡذِرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۸﴾٭ۖ ۛ
و ما اهلكنا من قرية الا لها منذرون
And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners
ہم نے کسی بستی کو ہلاک نہیں کیا ہے مگر اسی حال میں کہ اس کے لئے ڈرانے والے تھے ۔
Hum ney kissi basti ko halak nahi kiya hai magar issi haal mein kay uss kay liye daraney walay thay.
ذِکۡرٰی ۟ ۛ وَ مَا کُنَّا ظٰلِمِیۡنَ ﴿۲۰۹﴾
ذكرى و ما كنا ظلمين
As a reminder; and never have We been unjust.
نصیحت کے طور پر اور ہم ظلم کرنے والے نہیں ہیں ۔
Naseehat kay tor per aur hum zulm kerney walay nahi hain.
وَ مَا تَنَزَّلَتۡ بِہِ الشَّیٰطِیۡنُ ﴿۲۱۰﴾
و ما تنزلت به الشيطين
And the devils have not brought the revelation down.
اس قرآن کو شیطان نہیں لائے ۔
Iss quran ko shetan nahi laye.
وَ مَا یَنۡۢبَغِیۡ لَہُمۡ وَ مَا یَسۡتَطِیۡعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱۱﴾ؕ
و ما ينبغي لهم و ما يستطيعون
It is not allowable for them, nor would they be able.
نہ وہ اس کےقابل ہیں نہ انہیں اس کی طاقت ہے ۔
Aur na woh iss qabil hain na unhen iss ki taqat hai.
اِنَّہُمۡ عَنِ السَّمۡعِ لَمَعۡزُوۡلُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱۲﴾ؕ
انهم عن السمع لمعزولون
Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed.
بلکہ وہ توسننے سے محروم بھی کر دیئے گئے ہیں ۔
Bulkay woh to sunnay say bhi mehroon ker diye gaye hain.
فَلَا تَدۡعُ مَعَ اللّٰہِ اِلٰـہًا اٰخَرَ فَتَکُوۡنَ مِنَ الۡمُعَذَّبِیۡنَ ﴿۲۱۳﴾ۚ
فلا تدع مع الله الها اخر فتكون من المعذبين
So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished.
پس تو اللہ کے ساتھ کسی اور معبود کو نہ پکار کہ تو بھی سزا پانے والوں میں سے ہو جائے ۔
Pus tu Allah kay sath kissi aur mabood ko na pukar kay tu bhi saza paney walon mein say ho jaye.
وَ اَنۡذِرۡ عَشِیۡرَتَکَ الۡاَقۡرَبِیۡنَ ﴿۲۱۴﴾ۙ
و انذر عشيرتك الاقربين
And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred.
اپنے قریبی رشتہ والوں کو ڈرا دے ۔
Apnay qareebi rishtay walon ko dara dey.
وَ اخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَکَ لِمَنِ اتَّبَعَکَ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۲۱۵﴾ۚ
و اخفض جناحك لمن اتبعك من المؤمنين
And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers.
اس کے ساتھ فروتنی سے پیش آ ، جو بھی ایمان لانے والا ہو کر تیری تابعداری کرے ۔
Uss kay sath farotni say paisa aa jo bhi eman laaney wala ho ker teri tabey daari keray.
فَاِنۡ عَصَوۡکَ فَقُلۡ اِنِّیۡ بَرِیۡٓءٌ مِّمَّا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱۶﴾ۚ
فان عصوك فقل اني بريء مما تعملون
And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing."
اگر یہ لوگ تیری نافرمانی کریں تو تُو اعلان کر دے کہ میں ان کاموں سے بیزار ہوں جو تم کر رہے ہو ۔
Agar yeh log teri na farmani keren to tu elaan ker dey kay mein inn kamon say beyzaar hun jo tum ker rahey ho.
وَ تَوَکَّلۡ عَلَی الۡعَزِیۡزِ الرَّحِیۡمِ ﴿۲۱۷﴾ۙ
و توكل على العزيز الرحيم
And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,
اپنا پورا بھروسہ غالب مہربان اللہ پر رکھ ۔
Apna poora bharosa ghalib meharbaan Allah per rakh.
الَّذِیۡ یَرٰىکَ حِیۡنَ تَقُوۡمُ ﴿۲۱۸﴾ۙ
الذي يرىك حين تقوم
Who sees you when you arise
جو تجھے دیکھتا رہتا ہے جبکہ تو کھڑا ہوتا ہے ۔
Jo tujhay dekhta rehta hai jabkay tu khara hota hai.
وَ تَقَلُّبَکَ فِی السّٰجِدِیۡنَ ﴿۲۱۹﴾
و تقلبك في السجدين
And your movement among those who prostrate.
اور سجدہ کرنے والوں کے درمیان تیرا گھومنا پھرنا بھی ۔
Aur sajda kerney walon kay darmiyan tera ghoomna phirna bhi.
اِنَّہٗ ہُوَ السَّمِیۡعُ الۡعَلِیۡمُ ﴿۲۲۰﴾
انه هو السميع العليم
Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
وہ بڑا ہی سننے والا اور خوب ہی جاننے والا ہے ۔
Woh bara hi sunnay wala aur khoob jannay wala hai.
ہَلۡ اُنَبِّئُکُمۡ عَلٰی مَنۡ تَنَزَّلُ الشَّیٰطِیۡنُ ﴿۲۲۱﴾ؕ
هل انبكم على من تنزل الشيطين
Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?
کیا میں تمہیں بتاؤں کہ شیطان کس پر اترتے ہیں ۔
Kiya mein tumhen bataon kay shetan kiss per utartay hain.
تَنَزَّلُ عَلٰی کُلِّ اَفَّاکٍ اَثِیۡمٍ ﴿۲۲۲﴾ۙ
تنزل على كل افاك اثيم
They descend upon every sinful liar.
وہ ہر ایک جھوٹے گنہگار پر اترتے ہیں ۔
Woh her aik jhootay gunehgaar per utartay hain.
یُّلۡقُوۡنَ السَّمۡعَ وَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ کٰذِبُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲۳﴾ؕ
يلقون السمع و اكثرهم كذبون
They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars.
۔ ( اچٹتی ) ہوئی سنی سنائی پہنچا دیتے ہیں اور اُن میں سے اكثر جھوٹے ہیں ۔
( uchat’ti ) hui suni sunaee phoncha detay hain aur inn mein say aksar jhootay hain.
وَ الشُّعَرَآءُ یَتَّبِعُہُمُ الۡغَاوٗنَ ﴿۲۲۴﴾ؕ
و الشعراء يتبعهم الغاون
And the poets - [only] the deviators follow them;
شاعروں کی پیروی وہ کرتے ہیں جو بہکے ہوئے ہوں ۔
Shaeeron ki pairwee woh kertay hain jo behkay huye hon.
اَلَمۡ تَرَ اَنَّہُمۡ فِیۡ کُلِّ وَادٍ یَّہِیۡمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲۵﴾ۙ
الم تر انهم في كل واد يهيمون
Do you not see that in every valley they roam
کیا آپ نے نہیں دیکھا کہ شاعر ایک ایک بیابان میں سر ٹکراتے پھرتے ہیں ۔
Kiya aap ney nahi dekha kay shaeer aik aik bayabaan mein sir takratay phirtay hain.
وَ اَنَّہُمۡ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ مَا لَا یَفۡعَلُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲۶﴾ۙ
و انهم يقولون ما لا يفعلون
And that they say what they do not do? -
اور وہ کہتے ہیں جو کرتے نہیں ۔
Aur woh kehtay hain jo kertay nahi.
اِلَّا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَ ذَکَرُوا اللّٰہَ کَثِیۡرًا وَّ انۡتَصَرُوۡا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُوۡا ؕ وَ سَیَعۡلَمُ الَّذِیۡنَ ظَلَمُوۡۤا اَیَّ مُنۡقَلَبٍ یَّنۡقَلِبُوۡنَ ﴿۲۲۷﴾٪ 15
الا الذين امنوا و عملوا الصلحت و ذكروا الله كثيرا و انتصروا من بعد ما ظلموا و سيعلم الذين ظلموا اي منقلب ينقلبون
Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah often and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.
سوائے ان کے جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کئے اور بکثرت اللہ تعالٰی کا ذکر کیا اور اپنی مظلومی کے بعد انتقام لیا جنہوں نے ظلم کیا ہے وہ بھی ابھی جان لیں گے کہ کس کروٹ الٹتے ہیں ۔
Siwaye unn kay jo eman laye aur nek amal kiye aur ba-kasrat Allah Taalaa ka ziker kiya aur apni mazloomi kay baad intiqam liya jinhon ney zulm kiya hai woh bhi abhi jaan len gay kay kiss kerwat ulat’tay hain.
