2) Surat-ul-Baqara

( 1 ) پارہ نمبر

2 ) سورة البقرة

(105)

وَ لَتَجِدَنَّہُمۡ اَحۡرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلٰی حَیٰوۃٍ ۚ ۛ وَ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَشۡرَکُوۡا ۚ ۛ یَوَدُّ اَحَدُہُمۡ لَوۡ یُعَمَّرُ اَلۡفَ سَنَۃٍ ۚ وَ مَا ہُوَ بِمُزَحۡزِحِہٖ مِنَ الۡعَذَابِ اَنۡ یُّعَمَّرَ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ بَصِیۡرٌۢ بِمَا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۹۶﴾٪  11

And you will surely find them the most greedy of people for life - [even] more than those who associate others with Allah . One of them wishes that he could be granted life a thousand years, but it would not remove him in the least from the [coming] punishment that he should be granted life. And Allah is Seeing of what they do.

بلکہ سب سے زیادہ دنیا کی زندگی کا حریص اے نبی ، آپ انہیں کو پائیں گے ، یہ حرص زندگی میں مشرکوں سے بھی زیادہ ہیں ان میں سے تو ہر شخص ایک ایک ہزار سال کی عمر چاہتا ہے ، گو یہ عمر دیا جانا بھی انہیں عذاب سے نہیں چھڑا سکتا ، اللہ تعالٰی ان کے کاموں کو بخوبی دیکھ رہا ہے ۔

Bulkay sab say ziyada duniya ki zindagi ka harees aey nabi! Aap enhin ko paayen gay. Yeh hirs-e-zindagi mein mushrikon say bhi ziyada hai inn mein say to her shaks aik aik hazar saal ki umar chahata hai go yeh umar diya jana bhi enhen azab say nahi chura sakta Allah Taalaa inn kay kaamon ko bakhoobi dekh raha hai.

( 9 ) پارہ نمبر

8 ) سورة الأنفال

(1177)

اِذۡ تَسۡتَغِیۡثُوۡنَ رَبَّکُمۡ فَاسۡتَجَابَ لَکُمۡ اَنِّیۡ مُمِدُّکُمۡ بِاَلۡفٍ مِّنَ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃِ مُرۡدِفِیۡنَ ﴿۹﴾

[Remember] when you asked help of your Lord, and He answered you, "Indeed, I will reinforce you with a thousand from the angels, following one another."

اس وقت کو یاد کرو جب تم کہ اپنے رب سے فریاد کر رہے تھے پھر اللہ تعالٰی نے تمہاری سن لی کہ میں تم کو ایک ہزار فرشتوں سے مدد دونگا جو لگاتار چلے آئیں گے ۔

Uss waqt ko yaad kero jab tum apney rab say faryad ker rahey thay phir Allah Taalaa ney tumhari sunn li kay mein tum ko aik hazar farishton say madad doon ga jo lagataar chalen aayen gay.

22) Surat-ul-Hajj

( 17 ) پارہ نمبر

22 ) سورة الحج

(2663)

وَ یَسۡتَعۡجِلُوۡنَکَ بِالۡعَذَابِ وَ لَنۡ یُّخۡلِفَ اللّٰہُ وَعۡدَہٗ ؕ وَ اِنَّ یَوۡمًا عِنۡدَ رَبِّکَ کَاَلۡفِ سَنَۃٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوۡنَ ﴿۴۷﴾

And they urge you to hasten the punishment. But Allah will never fail in His promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of those which you count.

اور عذاب کو آپ سے جلدی طلب کر رہے اللہ ہرگز اپنا وعدہ نہیں ٹالے گا ۔ ہاں البتہ آپ کے رب کے نزدیک ایک دن تمہاری گنتی کے اعتبار سے ایک ہزار سال کا ہے ۔

Aur azab ko aap say jaldi talab ker rahey hain Allah hergiz apna wada nahi talay ga. Haan albata aap kay rab kay nazdeek aik din tumhari ginti kay aitbar say aik hazar saal ka hai.

29) Surat-ul-Ankaboot

( 20 ) پارہ نمبر

29 ) سورة العنكبوت

(3382)

وَ لَقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوۡحًا اِلٰی قَوۡمِہٖ فَلَبِثَ فِیۡہِمۡ اَلۡفَ سَنَۃٍ اِلَّا خَمۡسِیۡنَ عَامًا ؕ فَاَخَذَہُمُ الطُّوۡفَانُ وَ ہُمۡ ظٰلِمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۴﴾

And We certainly sent Noah to his people, and he remained among them a thousand years minus fifty years, and the flood seized them while they were wrongdoers.

اور ہم نے نوح ( علیہ السلام ) کو ان کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا وہ ان میں ساڑھے نو سو سال تک رہے پھر تو انہیں طوفان نے دھر پکڑا اور وہ تھے ظالم ۔

Aur hum ney nooh ( alh-e-salam ) ko unn ki qom ki taraf bheja woh unn mein sarhay no so saal tak rahey phir to unhen toofan ney dhar pakra aur woh thay bhi zalim.

32) Surat Assajdah

( 21 ) پارہ نمبر

32 ) سورة السجدة

یُدَبِّرُ الۡاَمۡرَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ اِلَی الۡاَرۡضِ ثُمَّ یَعۡرُجُ اِلَیۡہِ فِیۡ یَوۡمٍ کَانَ مِقۡدَارُہٗۤ اَلۡفَ سَنَۃٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوۡنَ ﴿۵﴾

He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count.

وہ آسمان سے لے کر زمین تک ( ہر ) کام کی تدبیر کرتا ہے پھر ( وہ کام ) ایک ایسے دن میں اس کی طرف چڑھ جاتا ہے جس کا اندازہ تمہاری گنتی کے ایک ہزار سال کے برابر ہے ۔

Woh aasman say ley ker zamin tak ( her ) kaam ki tadbeer kerta hai phir ( woh kaam ) aik aisay din mein uss ki taraf charh jata hai jiss ka andaza tumhari ginti kay aik hazar saal kay barbar hai.

97 ) سورة القدر

لَیۡلَۃُ الۡقَدۡرِ ۬ ۙ خَیۡرٌ مِّنۡ اَلۡفِ شَہۡرٍ ؕ﴿ؔ۳﴾

The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.

شب قدر ایک ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر ہے ۔
