2 ) سورة البقرة
(291)
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِذَا تَدَایَنۡتُمۡ بِدَیۡنٍ اِلٰۤی اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّی فَاکۡتُبُوۡہُ ؕ وَ لۡیَکۡتُبۡ بَّیۡنَکُمۡ کَاتِبٌۢ بِالۡعَدۡلِ ۪ وَ لَا یَاۡبَ کَاتِبٌ اَنۡ یَّکۡتُبَ کَمَا عَلَّمَہُ اللّٰہُ فَلۡیَکۡتُبۡ ۚ وَ لۡیُمۡلِلِ الَّذِیۡ عَلَیۡہِ الۡحَقُّ وَ لۡیَتَّقِ اللّٰہَ رَبَّہٗ وَ لَا یَبۡخَسۡ مِنۡہُ شَیۡئًا ؕ فَاِنۡ کَانَ الَّذِیۡ عَلَیۡہِ الۡحَقُّ سَفِیۡہًا اَوۡ ضَعِیۡفًا اَوۡ لَا یَسۡتَطِیۡعُ اَنۡ یُّمِلَّ ہُوَ فَلۡیُمۡلِلۡ وَلِیُّہٗ بِالۡعَدۡلِ ؕ وَ اسۡتَشۡہِدُوۡا شَہِیۡدَیۡنِ مِنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ ۚ فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ یَکُوۡنَا رَجُلَیۡنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَّ امۡرَاَتٰنِ مِمَّنۡ تَرۡضَوۡنَ مِنَ الشُّہَدَآءِ اَنۡ تَضِلَّ اِحۡدٰىہُمَا فَتُذَکِّرَ اِحۡدٰىہُمَا الۡاُخۡرٰی ؕ وَ لَا یَاۡبَ الشُّہَدَآءُ اِذَا مَا دُعُوۡا ؕ وَ لَا تَسۡئَمُوۡۤا اَنۡ تَکۡتُبُوۡہُ صَغِیۡرًا اَوۡ کَبِیۡرًا اِلٰۤی اَجَلِہٖ ؕ ذٰلِکُمۡ اَقۡسَطُ عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ وَ اَقۡوَمُ لِلشَّہَادَۃِ وَ اَدۡنٰۤی اَلَّا تَرۡتَابُوۡۤا اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ تَکُوۡنَ تِجَارَۃً حَاضِرَۃً تُدِیۡرُوۡنَہَا بَیۡنَکُمۡ فَلَیۡسَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ جُنَاحٌ اَلَّا تَکۡتُبُوۡہَا ؕ وَ اَشۡہِدُوۡۤا اِذَا تَبَایَعۡتُمۡ ۪ وَ لَا یُضَآرَّ کَاتِبٌ وَّ لَا شَہِیۡدٌ ۬ ؕ وَ اِنۡ تَفۡعَلُوۡا فَاِنَّہٗ فُسُوۡقٌۢ بِکُمۡ ؕ وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ ؕ وَ یُعَلِّمُکُمُ اللّٰہُ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ بِکُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۸۲﴾
O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down. And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him. So let him write and let the one who has the obligation dictate. And let him fear Allah , his Lord, and not leave anything out of it. But if the one who has the obligation is of limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men. And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses - so that if one of the women errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves. For [then] there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allah . And Allah teaches you. And Allah is Knowing of all things.
اے ایمان والو !جب تم آپس میں ایک دوسرے سے میعاد مقررہ پر قرض کا معاملہ کرو ۔ تو اسے لکھ لیا کرو اور لکھنے والے کو چاہئیے کہ تمہارا آپس کا معاملہ عدل سے لکھے ، کاتب کو چاہیئے کہ لکھنے سے انکار نہ کرے جیسے اللہ تعالٰی نے اسے سکھایا ہے پس اسے بھی لکھ دینا چاہیے اور جس کے ذمّہ حق ہو وہ لکھوائے اور اپنے اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈرے جو اس کا رب ہے اور حق میں سے کچھ گھٹائے نہیں ہاں جس شخص کے ذمہ حق ہے وہ اگر نادان ہو یا کمزور ہو یا لکھوانے کی طاقت نہ رکھتا ہو تو اس کا ولی عدل کے ساتھ لکھوادے اور اپنے میں سے دو مرد گواہ رکھ لو ۔ اگر دو مرد نہ ہوں تو ایک مرد اور دو عورتیں جنہیں تم گواہوں میں سے پسند کر لو تاکہ ایک کی بھول چوک کو دوسری یاد دلا دے اور گواہوں کو چاہیے کہ وہ جب بلائے جائیں تو انکار نہ کریں اور قرض کو جس کی مدت مقرر ہے خواہ چھوٹا ہو یا بڑا ہو لکھنے میں کاہلی نہ کرو ، اللہ تعالٰی کے نزدیک یہ بات بہت انصاف والی ہے اور گواہی کو بھی درست رکھنے والی ہے شک وشبہ سے بھی زیادہ بچانے والی ہے ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ معاملہ نقد تجارت کی شکل میں ہو جو آپس میں تم لین دین کر رہے ہو تم پر اس کے نہ لکھنے میں کوئی گناہ نہیں ۔ خرید و فروخت کے وقت بھی گواہ مقرر کر لیا کرو اور ( یاد رکھو کہ ) نہ تو لکھنے والے کو نقصان پہنچایا جائے نہ گواہ کو اور اگر تم یہ کرو تو یہ تمہاری کھلی نافرمانی ہے ، اللہ سے ڈرو اللہ تمہیں تعلیم دے رہا ہے اور اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز کو خوب جاننے والا ہے ۔
Aey eman walon! Jab tum aapas mein tum aik doosray say miyaad-e-muqarrar per qaraz ka moamla kero to issay likh liya kero aur likhney walay ko chahaiye kay tumhara aapas ka moamla adal say likhay kaaib ko chahaiye kay likhney say inkar na keray jaisay Allah Taalaa ney ussay sikhaya hai pus ussay bhi likh dena chahaiye aur jiss kay zimmay haq ho woh likhwaye aur apney Allah say daray jo uss ka rab hai aur haq mein say kuch ghataye nahi haan jiss shkas kay zimmay haq hai woh agar nadan ho ya kamzor ho ya likhwaney ki taqat na rakhta ho to uss ka wali adal kay sath likhwa dey aur apney mein say do mard gawah rakh lo agar do mard na hon to aik mard aur do aurten jinhen tum gawahon mein sy pasand ker lo takay aik ki bhool chook ko doosri yaad dila dey aur gawahon ko chahaiye kay woh jab bulayen jayen to inkar na keren aur qaraz ko jiss ko muddat muqarrar hai khuwa chota ho ya bara ho likhney mein kahili na kero Allah Taalaa key nazdeek yeh baat boht insaf wali hai aur gawahi ko bhi durust rakhney wali aur shak-o-shuba say bhi bachaney wali hai haan yeh aur baat hai kay woh moamla naqad tijarat ki shakal mein ho jo aapas mein tum lain dain ker rahey ho to tum per iss kay na likhney mein koi gunah nahi. Khareed-o-farokht kay waqt bhi gawah muqarrar ker liya kero aur ( yaad rakho kay ) na to likhney walay ko nuksan phonchaya jaye na gawah ko aur agar tum yeh kero to yeh tumhari khuli na farmani hai Allah Taalaa say daro Allah tumhen taleem dey raha hai aur Allah Taalaa her cheez ko khoob janney wala hai.

4 ) سورة النساء
(658)
And [for] their taking of usury while they had been forbidden from it, and their consuming of the people's wealth unjustly. And we have prepared for the disbelievers among them a painful punishment.
اور سود جس سے منع کئے گئے تھے اسے لینے کے باعث اور لوگوں کا مال ناحق مار کھانے کے باعث اور ان میں جو کفار ہیں ہم نے ان کے لئے المناک عذاب مہیا کر رکھا ہے ۔
Aur sood jiss say mana kiye gaye thay ussay lenay kay baees aur logon ka maal na haq maar khaney kay baees aur inn mein jo kuffaar hain hum ney unn kay liye alam naak azab mohiyya ker rakha hai.

7 ) سورة الأعراف
(1046)
وَ اِلٰی مَدۡیَنَ اَخَاہُمۡ شُعَیۡبًا ؕ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗ ؕ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡکُمۡ بَیِّنَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّکُمۡ فَاَوۡفُوا الۡکَیۡلَ وَ الۡمِیۡزَانَ وَ لَا تَبۡخَسُوا النَّاسَ اَشۡیَآءَہُمۡ وَ لَا تُفۡسِدُوۡا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ بَعۡدَ اِصۡلَاحِہَا ؕ ذٰلِکُمۡ خَیۡرٌ لَّکُمۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۸۵﴾
And to [the people of] Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. There has come to you clear evidence from your Lord. So fulfill the measure and weight and do not deprive people of their due and cause not corruption upon the earth after its reformation. That is better for you, if you should be believers.
اور ہم نے مدین کی طرف ان کے بھائی شعیب ( علیہ اسلام ) کو بھیجا انہوں نے فرمایا اے میری قوم! تم اللہ کی عبادت کرو اس کے سوا کوئی تمہارا معبود نہیں تمہارے پاس تمہارے پروردگار کی طرف سے واضح دلیل آچکی ہے پس تم ناپ اور تول پورا پورا کیا کرو اور لوگوں کو ان کی چیزیں کم کر کے مت دو اور روئے زمین میں اس کے بعد اس کی درستی کر دی گئی فساد مت پھیلاؤ یہ تمھارے لئے نافع ہے اگر تم تصدیق کرو ۔
Aur hum ney madiyan ki taraf unn kay bhai shoaib ( alh-e-salam ) ko bheja. Unhon ney farmaya aey meri qom! Tum Allah ki ibadat kero iss kay siwa koi tumhara mabood nahi tumharay pass tumharay perwerdigar ki taraf say wazeh daleel aa chuki hai. Pus tum naap aur tol poora poora kiya kero aur logon ko unn ki cheezen kum kerkay mat do aur ruy-e-zamin mein iss kay baad kay iss ki durusti ker di gaee fasaad mat phelao yeh tumharay liye naafay hai agar tum tasdeeq kero.
9) Surat-ut-Tauba

9 ) سورة التوبة

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنَّ کَثِیۡرًا مِّنَ الۡاَحۡبَارِ وَ الرُّہۡبَانِ لَیَاۡکُلُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالۡبَاطِلِ وَ یَصُدُّوۡنَ عَنۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَ الَّذِیۡنَ یَکۡنِزُوۡنَ الذَّہَبَ وَ الۡفِضَّۃَ وَ لَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَہَا فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ ۙ فَبَشِّرۡہُمۡ بِعَذَابٍ اَلِیۡمٍ ﴿ۙ۳۴﴾
O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah . And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment.
اے ایمان والو! اکثر علماء اور عابد لوگوں کا مال ناحق کھا جاتے ہیں اور اللہ کی راہ سے روک دیتے ہیں اور جو لوگ سونے چاندی کا خزانہ رکھتے ہیں اور اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ نہیں کرتے انہیں دردناک عذاب کی خبر پہنچا دیجئے ۔
Aey eman walo! Aksar ulama aur abid logon ka maal na haq kha jatay hain aur Allah ki raah say rok detay hain aur jo log soney chandi ka khazana rakhtay hain aur Allah ki raah mein kharach nahi kertay unhen dard naak azab ki khabar phoncha dijiye.
11) Surat Hood

11 ) سورة هود
(1567)
And to Madyan [We sent] their brother Shu'ayb. He said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. And do not decrease from the measure and the scale. Indeed, I see you in prosperity, but indeed, I fear for you the punishment of an all-encompassing Day.
اور ہم نے مدین والوں کی طرف ان کے بھائی شعیب کو بھیجا ۔ اس نے کہا اے میری قوم! اللہ کی عبادت کرو اس کے سوا تمہارا کوئی معبود نہیں اور تم ناپ تول میں بھی کمی نہ کروتو میں تمہیں آسودہ حال دیکھ رہا ہوں اور مجھے تم پر گھیرنے والے دن کے عذاب کا خوف ( بھی ) ہے ۔
Aur hum ney madiyan walon ki taraf unn kay bhai shoaib ko bhej a uss ney kaha aey meri qom! Allah ki ibadat kero aur uss kay siwa tumhara koi mabood nahi aur tum naap tol mein bhi kami na kero mein to tumhen aasooda haal dekh raha hun aur mujhay tum per gherney walay din kay azab ka khof ( bhi ) hai.

The hypocrites will call to the believers, "Were we not with you?" They will say, "Yes, but you afflicted yourselves and awaited [misfortune for us] and doubted, and wishful thinking deluded you until there came the command of Allah . And the Deceiver deceived you concerning Allah .
یہ چلا چلا کر ان سے کہیں گے کہ کیا ہم تمہارے ساتھ نہ تھے وہ کہیں گے کہ ہاں تھے تو سہی لیکن تم نے اپنے آپ کو فتنہ میں پھنسا رکھا تھا اور وہ انتظار میں ہی رہے اور شک وشبہ کرتے رہے اور تمہیں تمہاری فضول تمناؤں نے دھوکے میں ہی رکھا یہاں تک کہ اللہ کا حکم آپہنچا اور تمہیں اللہ کے بارے میں دھو کہ دینے والے نے دھوکے میں ہی رکھا ۔
Yeh chilla chilla ker unn say kahen gey kay kiya hum tumharay sath na thay woh kahengay kay haan thay to sahi lekin tum ney apney app ko fitnay mein phansa rakha tha our intizar mein hi rahey our shak-o-shuba kertay raheyour tumhen tumhari fazool tamannao ney dhokay mein hi rakha yahan tak kay Allah ka hukum aa phoncha our tumhen Allah kay baray mein dhoka denay walay ney dhokay mein hi rakha.
