2) Surat-ul-Baqara

( 2 ) پارہ نمبر

2 ) سورة البقرة

(224)

یَسۡئَلُوۡنَکَ مَا ذَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ ۬ ؕ قُلۡ مَاۤ اَنۡفَقۡتُمۡ مِّنۡ خَیۡرٍ فَلِلۡوَالِدَیۡنِ وَ الۡاَقۡرَبِیۡنَ وَ الۡیَتٰمٰی وَ الۡمَسٰکِیۡنِ وَ ابۡنِ‌السَّبِیۡلِ ؕ وَ مَا تَفۡعَلُوۡا مِنۡ خَیۡرٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ بِہٖ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۱۵﴾

They ask you, [O Muhammad], what they should spend. Say, "Whatever you spend of good is [to be] for parents and relatives and orphans and the needy and the traveler. And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it."

آپ سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ وہ کیا خرچ کریں؟ آپ کہہ دیجئے جو مال تم خرچ کرو وہ ماں باپ کے لئے ہے اور رشتہ داروں اور یتیموں اور مسکینوں اور مسافروں کے لئے ہے اور تم جو کچھ بھلائی کرو گے اللہ تعالٰی کو اس کا علم ہے ۔

Aap say poochtay hain kay woh kiya kharach keren? Aap keh dijiye kay jo maal tum kharach kero woh maa baap kay liye hai aur rishtay daron aur yateemon aur miskeenon aur musafiron kay liye hai aur tum jo kuch bhalaee kero gay Allah Taalaa to uss ka ilm hai.

8) Surat-ul-Anfaal

( 10 ) پارہ نمبر

8 ) سورة الأنفال

(1209)

وَ اعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَا غَنِمۡتُمۡ مِّنۡ شَیۡءٍ فَاَنَّ لِلّٰہِ خُمُسَہٗ وَ لِلرَّسُوۡلِ وَ لِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَ الۡیَتٰمٰی وَ الۡمَسٰکِیۡنِ وَ ابۡنِ السَّبِیۡلِ ۙ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ اٰمَنۡتُمۡ بِاللّٰہِ وَ مَاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلٰی عَبۡدِنَا یَوۡمَ الۡفُرۡقَانِ یَوۡمَ الۡتَقَی الۡجَمۡعٰنِ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ قَدِیۡرٌ ﴿۴۱﴾

And know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah , over all things, is competent.

جان لو کہ تم جس قسم کی جو کچھ غنیمت حاصل کرو اس میں سے پانچواں حصہ تو اللہ کا ہے اور رسول کا اور قرابت داروں کا اور یتیموں کا اور مسکینوں کا اور مسافروں کا ، اگر تم اللہ پر ایمان لائے ہو اور اس چیز پر جو ہم نے اپنے بندے پر اس دن اتارا ہے جو دن حق و باطل کی جدائی کا تھا جس دن دو فوجیں بھڑ گئی تھیں ۔ اللہ ہرچیز پر قادر ہے ۔

Jaan lo kay tum jiss qisam ki aur jo kuch ghanimat hasil kero uss mein say panchwa hissa Allah ka hai aur rasool ka aur qarabat daron ka aur yateemon ka aur miskeenon ka aur musafiron ka agar tum Allah per eman laye ho aur uss cheez per jo hum ney apney banday per uss din utara hai jo din haq-o-baatil ki judaee ka tha jiss din do fojen bhirr gaee thin. Allah her cheez per qadir hai.

9) Surat-ut-Tauba

( 10 ) پارہ نمبر

9 ) سورة التوبة

(1249)

وَ اِنۡ اَحَدٌ مِّنَ الۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ اسۡتَجَارَکَ فَاَجِرۡہُ حَتّٰی یَسۡمَعَ کَلٰمَ اللّٰہِ ثُمَّ اَبۡلِغۡہُ مَاۡمَنَہٗ ؕ ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمۡ قَوۡمٌ لَّا یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ٪﴿۶﴾  7

And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah . Then deliver him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know.

اگر مشرکوں میں سے کوئی تجھ سے پناہ طلب کرے تو تو اسے پناہ دے دے یہاں تک کہ وہ کلام اللہ سن لے پھر اسے اپنی جائے امن تک پہنچا دے یہ اس لئے کہ یہ لوگ بے علم ہیں ۔

Agar mushrikon mein say koi tujh say panah talab keray to tu ussay panah dey dey yahan tak kay woh kalam Allah sunn ley phir ussay apni jaye amaan tak phoncha dey. Yeh iss liye kay yeh log bey ilm hain.

17) Surat-Bani Isareel

( 15 ) پارہ نمبر

17 ) سورة بنی اسراءیل

(2071)

وَ اٰتِ ذَاالۡقُرۡبٰی حَقَّہٗ وَ الۡمِسۡکِیۡنَ وَ ابۡنَ السَّبِیۡلِ وَ لَا تُبَذِّرۡ تَبۡذِیۡرًا ﴿۲۶﴾

And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.

اور رشتے داروں کا اور مسکینوں اور مسافروں کا حق ادا کرتے رہو اور اسراف اور بے جا خرچ سے بچو ۔

Aur rishtay daaron ka aur miskeenon aur musafiron ka haq ada kertay raho aur israaf aur bey jaa kharch say bacho.

24) Surat-un-Noor

( 18 ) پارہ نمبر

24 ) سورة النور

(2836)

وَ لَا یَاۡتَلِ اُولُوا الۡفَضۡلِ مِنۡکُمۡ وَ السَّعَۃِ اَنۡ یُّؤۡتُوۡۤا اُولِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَ الۡمَسٰکِیۡنَ وَ الۡمُہٰجِرِیۡنَ فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ ۪ۖ وَ لۡیَعۡفُوۡا وَ لۡیَصۡفَحُوۡا ؕ اَلَا تُحِبُّوۡنَ اَنۡ یَّغۡفِرَ اللّٰہُ لَکُمۡ ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۲﴾

And let not those of virtue among you and wealth swear not to give [aid] to their relatives and the needy and the emigrants for the cause of Allah , and let them pardon and overlook. Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

تم میں سے جو بزرگی اور کشادگی والے ہیں انہیں اپنے قرابت داروں اور مسکینوں اور مہاجروں کو فی سبیل اللہ دینے سے قسم نہ کھالینی چاہیئے بلکہ معاف کردینا اور درگذر کرلینا چاہئیے ۔ کیا تم نہیں چاہتے کہ اللہ تعالٰی تمہارے قصور معاف فرما دے؟ اللہ قصوروں کو معاف فرمانے والا مہربان ہے ۔

Tum mein say jo buzurgi aur kushadgi walay hain unhen apnay qarabat daron aur miskeeno aur mohajiron ko fi sabeelillah denay say qasam na kha leni chahaye bulkay moaf ker dena aur dar-guzar ker lena chahaye. Kiya tum nahi chahtay kay Allah Taalaa tumharay qasoor moaf farma dey? Allah qasooron ko moaf farmaney wala meharban hai.

30) Surat-ur-Room

( 21 ) پارہ نمبر

30 ) سورة الروم

(3476)

فَاٰتِ ذَاالۡقُرۡبٰی حَقَّہٗ وَ الۡمِسۡکِیۡنَ وَ ابۡنَ‌السَّبِیۡلِ ؕ ذٰلِکَ خَیۡرٌ لِّلَّذِیۡنَ یُرِیۡدُوۡنَ وَجۡہَ اللّٰہِ ۫ وَ اُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ ﴿۳۸﴾

So give the relative his right, as well as the needy and the traveler. That is best for those who desire the countenance of Allah , and it is they who will be the successful.

پس قرابت دار کو مسکین کو مسافر کو ہر ایک کو اس کا حق دیجئے یہ ان کے لئے بہتر ہے جو اللہ تعالٰی کا منہ دیکھنا چاہتے ہوں ایسے ہی لوگ نجات پانے والے ہیں ۔

Pus qarabat daar ko miskeen ko musafir ko her aik ko uss ka haq dijiye yeh unn kay liye behtar hai jo Allah Taalaa ka mun dekhna chahatay hon aisay hi log nijat paney walay hain.

59) Surat-ul-Hashar

( 28 ) پارہ نمبر

59 ) سورة الحشر

(5191)

مَاۤ اَفَآءَ اللّٰہُ عَلٰی رَسُوۡلِہٖ مِنۡ اَہۡلِ الۡقُرٰی فَلِلّٰہِ وَ لِلرَّسُوۡلِ وَ لِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَ الۡیَتٰمٰی وَ الۡمَسٰکِیۡنِ وَ ابۡنِ السَّبِیۡلِ ۙ کَیۡ لَا یَکُوۡنَ دُوۡلَۃًۢ بَیۡنَ الۡاَغۡنِیَآءِ مِنۡکُمۡ ؕ وَ مَاۤ اٰتٰىکُمُ الرَّسُوۡلُ فَخُذُوۡہُ ٭ وَ مَا نَہٰىکُمۡ عَنۡہُ فَانۡتَہُوۡا ۚ وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ شَدِیۡدُ الۡعِقَابِ ۘ﴿۷﴾

And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

بستیوں والوں کا جو ( مال ) اللہ تعالٰی تمہارے لڑے بھڑے بغیر اپنے رسول کے ہاتھ لگائے وہ اللہ کا ہے اور رسول کا اور قرابت والوں کا اور یتیموں مسکینوں کا اور مسافروں کا ہے تاکہ تمہارے دولت مندوں کے ہاتھ میں ہی یہ مال گردش کرتا نہ رہ جائے اور تمہیں جو کچھ رسول دے لے لو ، اور جس سے روکے رک جاؤ اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈرتے رہا کرو ، یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی سخت عذاب والا ہے ۔

Bastiyon walon ka jo ( maal ) Allah Taalaa tumharay laray bhiray baghair apney rasool kay haath lagaye woh Allah ka hai aur rasool ka aur qarabat walon ka aur yateemon miskeenon ka aur musafiron ka hai takay tumharay dolat mandon kay haath mein hi yeh maal gardish kerta na reh jaye aur tumhen jo kuch rasool dey ley lo aur jiss say rokay ruk jao aur Allah Taalaa say dartay raha kero yaqeenan Allah Taalaa sakht azab wala hai.

76) Surat-ud-Dahar

( 29 ) پارہ نمبر

76 ) سورة الدھر

(5674)

وَ یُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّ یَتِیۡمًا وَّ اَسِیۡرًا ﴿۸﴾

And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive,

اور اللہ تعالٰی کی محبت میں کھانا کھلاتے ہیں مسکین یتیم اور قیدیوں کو ۔

Aur Allah Taalaa ki mohabat mein khana khilatay hein miskeen yateem aur qediyon ko

90) Surat-ul-Balad

( 30 ) پارہ نمبر

90 ) سورة البلد

(6124)

وَ مَاۤ اَدۡرٰىکَ مَا الۡعَقَبَۃُ ﴿ؕ۱۲﴾

And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass?

اور کیا سمجھا کہ گھاٹی ہے کیا؟

Aur kiya samjha ky ghatti hy kiya?
