4) Surat-un-Nissa

( 4 ) پارہ نمبر

4 ) سورة النساء

(506)

وَ لۡیَخۡشَ الَّذِیۡنَ لَوۡ تَرَکُوۡا مِنۡ خَلۡفِہِمۡ ذُرِّیَّۃً ضِعٰفًا خَافُوۡا عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۪ فَلۡیَتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ لۡیَقُوۡلُوۡا قَوۡلًا سَدِیۡدًا ﴿۹﴾

And let those [executors and guardians] fear [injustice] as if they [themselves] had left weak offspring behind and feared for them. So let them fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.

اور چاہئے کہ وہ اس بات سے ڈریں کہ اگر وہ خود اپنے پیچھے ( ننھے ننھے ) ناتواں بچے چھوڑ جاتے جنکے ضائع ہو جانے کا اندیشہ رہتا ہے ، ( تو ان کی چاہت کیا ہوتی ) پس اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈر کر جچی تُلی بات کہا کریں ۔

Aur chahaiye kay woh iss baat say daren kay agar woh khud apney peechay ( nannhay nannhay ) na tawan bachay chor jatay jin kay zaya ho janey ka andesha rehta hai ( to unn ki chahat kiya hoti ) pus Allah Taalaa say darr ker jachi tuli baat kaha kero.

33 ) سورة الأحزاب

اُدۡعُوۡہُمۡ لِاٰبَآئِہِمۡ ہُوَ اَقۡسَطُ عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ ۚ فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡۤا اٰبَآءَہُمۡ فَاِخۡوَانُکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ وَ مَوَالِیۡکُمۡ ؕ وَ لَیۡسَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ جُنَاحٌ فِیۡمَاۤ اَخۡطَاۡتُمۡ بِہٖ ۙ وَ لٰکِنۡ مَّا تَعَمَّدَتۡ قُلُوۡبُکُمۡ ؕ وَ کَانَ اللّٰہُ غَفُوۡرًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿۵﴾

Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah . But if you do not know their fathers - then they are [still] your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you. And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

لے پالکوں کو ان کے ( حقیقی ) باپوں کی طرف نسبت کر کے بلاؤ اللہ کے نزدیک پورا انصاف یہی ہے پھر اگر تمہیں ان کے ( حقیقی ) باپوں کا علم ہی نہ ہو تو وہ تمہارے دینی بھائی اور دوست ہیں ، تم سے بھول چوک میں جو کچھ ہو جائے اس میں تم پر کوئی گناہ نہیں البتہ گناہ وہ ہے جسکا تم ارادہ دل سے کرو اللہ تعالٰی بڑا ہی بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ۔

Lay palakon ko unn kay ( haqeeqi ) baapon ki taraf nisbat kerkay bulao Allah kay nazdeek poora insaf yeh hi hai. Phir agar tumhen unn kay ( haqeeqi ) baapon ka ilm hi na ho to woh tumharay deeni bhai aur dost hain tum say bhool chook mein jo kuch hojaye uss mein tum per koi gunah nahi albata gunah woh hai jiss ka tum irada dil say kero. Allah Taalaa bara hi bakhshney wala meharbaan hai.
